“I recently had a tire-mageddon experiences with my car. Took it in for a replacement of a bad tire. They found a needed a 2nd tire. They ordered it. Went in for them to put it on and they found a spike in the side wall of a different tire. They ordered another one. During this whole experience, Dave was gracious and apologetic that I had such bad tire karma, but it was not their doing. I would return to them for service in a heartbeat. They are professional and competent.”

“They are life savers! I was headed from Chattanooga to Knoxville and my tire suddenly shredded. I was stuck on the side of the interstate with a shredded tire. I called around the several local tire places in Lenoir City with no hope and finally called them. They talked me through looking for my tire size where other places just said “if you don’t know the size we can’t help you.”I was able to go to their business with confidence they could help me out. I asked them to look at all my tires to make sure they weren’t at risk of shredding like the other one.The owner walked out and inspected them. He said they all looked good but if it were him, he’d replace the shredded tire and another so there are a pair of new and a pair of old but in good shape.I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which feels rare when it comes to anything auto related.They were able to get me in and out within an hour with an amazing price for the tires.I might come here to replace tires just because it’s the best customer service I’ve ever had an auto place!”

“Tell your friends and family about GJ Mobile Tire Service! While on vacation, our camper van got a flat due to a broken air valve. We did not have the correct tools but the professional at GJ got inventive and fixed it anyway! Our experience was extremely professional, friendly, and joyful - we didn’t want to stop talking to the repair man !! The rates are in my opinion too low for the service you get.
