I went into Serendipity yesterday in Loudon on a whim and bought two gorgeous tunic tops that Karen, the owner showed me. Karen's clothes are beautiful, practical, and affordable; one of my new favorite shops to find unusual and unique clothing.

I love Serendipity Boutique. I have so many beautiful clothes that I have bought there. They have clothes for every lifestyle along with jewelry and purses plus a gift shop. I definitely recommend shopping there.

This was my first time in the store. I was in the area and thought I'd stop in. I was disappointed in the unfriendly lady there. She was rude and starred at me constantly like i was doing something wrong. I felt very uncomfortable even to look and browse.

I was enjoying my day off with my son and we decided to get ice cream from our local ice cream parlor and go for a walk near by. I saw a cute piece of clothing here, and was curious about the price, so I walked in with our ice cream cones in hand (that was what we had stopped for to begin with) It was not that I was unable to eat ice cream in your clothing store with my son. It is the way the very first thing you so rudely said was, "Umm you're gonna have to eat that outside!" Not very welcoming. I do understand the reasoning, but you could have gone about it in a more professional manner. You should probably put up a sign out side of your door that says, "No food, drinks, or ice cream cones."

Serendipity Boutique is a true gem! I was welcomed on arrival by Sophie, the most adorable mascot ever!! The shop is perfectly and thoughtfully curated. Karen is thoroughly knowledgeable about the beautiful clothing and accessories she offers. She made my shopping experience a breeze with suggestions of styles and sizes that flattered my shape. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchases. I look forward to visiting again and telling everyone about this most delightful boutique.

Terrific vibe! In-shop Golden-Doodle (doggo) that itself is worth a visit. I really connected with the woman that owns the shop. Beautiful Brighton jewelry, super cool magnetic bracelets, lovely handbags and clothing. Support local businesses!

I moved to the area in May and just visited Serendipity Boutique yesterday! What a great place! The line of clothing is top notch! You won’t find shoddy clothing..you will find clothes that are versatile and timeless!Stop buying 4 pair of jeans at 20 bucks a piece and go in and get one pair that fit!! Forever!The owner is as close to a personal shopper as I’ve seen. She utilizes masks, has masks and disinfectant at the door, sanitizes the dressing room and separates any clothing I didn’t buy to disinfect before putting back out..you can not shop in a safer environment.There are great stocking stuffers and don’t get me started on the sale rack!Do not go to big department stores when you can stay safe and actually try on clothes at Serendipity Boutique!
