If I could give 0 STARS, I would! BE WARNED.... DO NOT buy a car from here. I purchased a used car from Pete Vitale at the Eastpointe location 1 month ago. They wouldn't come down in price because, as he told me, their cars are good cars and not bought from auctions. Which means they know some stuff about the car and they aren't buying them site unseen. Sadly I was naive and didn't know a mechanic to be able to get it properly checked out, which I now have. But not only was the transmission line bad, which I was able to get fixed, the entire frame of the car is rusted out with holes throughout (see pics), which cannot be fixed. The mechanic I brought it to said there was no way they wouldn't have known this. He made sure to find out where I bought it from to be sure he never sends anyone there nor buys any cars from there. He felt absolutely horrible I was taken advantage of. I'll be lucky if I get a year out of this car that I spent nearly $7,000 on and I gotta hope it doesn't crumble if my kid hits so much as a curb, this car was a present for my 16 year old Daughter. I have a feeling I'll be driving it more than her so I know she's in a safe car. Don't let all his family pictures and candor in the office fool you, he doesn't care. I get being a car salesman, but he knew I was buying this for a 16 year old girl, it disgusts me that anyone is ok with putting a kid in a dangerous car

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! We bought a car, was told by the owner personally it was a good vehicle, 2 weeks later we found out the hole front end was shot paid over 2000 in repairs, now it needs another 2000 in repairs, they won't do anything for us because we bought it as is, we were told they don't look at any vehicles they get they don't have time they said. So unless you are able to look at all parts of the car you will get screwed. We put all our money into buying this car to have it keep falling apart. We don't have a car to drive now, and their response sorry you should have checked it out. Wow if your smart you will go elsewhere.

I got a great vehicle but they were unwilling to bargain and were cheap about filling the tank with gas. It was hard to discuss the things wrong with the car but still, the car was priced at a good deal and in good condition. They have a lot of cars on the lot that seemed overpriced, but the vehicle I got was a great deal.

They need to make sure the cars are even with selling. They sold a car with a duct tape painted black & things that where broken under the car This poor young single mother that's working to support her 1 year paid $3000.00. For this car. Thankfully she found a nice & reliable mechanic. She's going to help this mom get her car working like it's suppose to be no thanks to your POS company

This is that video people were sharing where they swindled a single mother by selling her a car with a broken cradle...

It's a video going around the internet about how they sold a single mom a car for 3000 and the car was horrible they used duck tape and painted it black and it was other stuff. I think they should be shut down preying on people

i dealt with the Warren location on 21000 Van Dyke Ave, terrible place. they had a car listed at $2995, when i showed up it had a flat tire, they took the car to a shop, and i waited about 3 to 4 hours; when it came back, i took it for a road test (without license plate, because they said they never give out their plates), but everything was good, when i wanted to buy, they asked for $3995, a $1000 jump in price. They knew all along they were not selling at listed price, yet made me drive over 100 miles (i called first) and then wait almost 4 hours only to jack the price up. A terrible place to do business, look elsewhere if you can.
