“Was there to work on lights. Staff is friendly and looked to be taking good care of the animals there. The place is clean but stinks at times due to what it is. There are cages outside as you go in for people to abandon their pets after hours. Sorry, no nice way to put it. Better that than just putting them out on the road. Spay / neuter and all shots, along with ID chipping, are included with pet adoption fees.December 23, 2023: I adopted a kitten they named Walden from LCAS. Renamed him Oscar.I work for Loudon County Maintenance and was there replacing a sink in the Cat Room the previous day. I found me a buddy while my coworker went to get some parts. My wife and I got him the next day. My mother lives with us, and we have another cat we adopted from a coworker about 2 months ago. They keep mom company, and she loves them too.”

“Scheduled an appointment with Elaine for my new rescue “Angel” … who was an Angel. Elaine was so helpful and listened to what little I know so she customized the service. I couldn’t be happier… we will definitely be regulars. Fair pricing… what I expected.”

“Worked here a couple years back and will say the accusations of small enclosures it's absolutely false, some were downright huge.and each cat would always get the best medical care.fed well. The head caretaker and management and owner put the animals first ALWAYS.any bad reviews you see are people thinking it's a zoo or never been inside because it is not open to the public.i would gladly take a cage there to retire in. I know people want to see pictures, but this place is here for the tigers to relax not be showed off”
