This was my first time to shop at Greer’s. We had searched several stores including the Lazy Boy store for 2 recliners but had found nothing that we liked. We were pleasantly surprised by the great selection of rocker recliners that Greers had. We found 3 different Lazy Boys that we liked. We decided on a set of 2 of our favorite one and we were able to take them home with us that day. No waiting! Our salesman, Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. Later I called back to get head and arm rest covers. I spoke with a Mrs. Carey and she was also very helpful and friendly. She got them ordered for me right away. I highly recommend this furniture store and will be going there for all my future furniture needs.

This Furniture Store is so wonderful to do business with, as their personal do everything possible to provide you with the best possible prices and service. Recently, I bought a "Made In The USA" Power Lazy Boy Recliner. It has a fantastic lower lumbar power adjustment, as well as many other power options and the pricer included a full warranty for electrical mechanical and any stains. The price was better than any imported or even USA competitor. I actually once bought from Lazy Boy outlet and Greers was way better in the price and service.
That's my review and I usually only post reviews when I am truly moved by Service and Price. This particular business for me has been a very positive experience!

Bo and Lisette are awesome! They're warm and inviting and not pushy at all. It's absolutely worth the drive from Knoxville to Loudon to do business with them. I highly recommend them.

All four customer service reps we met with were wonderful, willing to help, were extremely patient while we discussed options, and offered many suggestions. Pricing is very competitive, if not favorable compared to the other stores we visited... Options galore... They are a Lay-Z-Boy distributor - wow! I was pleased to see this. We WILL go back when we are ready for the next addition to our home.

The owners/sales people were helpful and friendly during the purchase process. We have since had problems with two of our Lazyboy Loveseats. I would not recommend Lazyboy to anyone. The repair process is very poor and even slower. I am very disappointed in the after sale treatment from both the store and the warranty company. Buyers beware.
