The ladies there are hateful and seem very judgemental. NOT professional at all.While waiting for my medication to be filled the pharmacist took a phone call about someones order of their prescriptions. She got off the phone and made the loud comment, "She will get the medication when we will get it filled and she should not ask for certain brands, she will get what she gets." She was speaking to the other pharmacist, they laughed and gossiping about a few customers. Then she filled my prescription with the wrong medication, it was on my chart NOT to give me this medicine, I have an allergic reaction. When I asked her to fix this issue she then argued across the counter to me that the other medicine is the exact same. Other people over heard this. Then she tried to only give me half the order! The gentleman working corrected my order and apologized for her behavior. Once I got home I realized they still shorted me a couple pills. My advice is if you have to go there, count your medication before leaving the place.

A pharmacist that actually cares about you! He will stay late for you the nicest human being! I have moved from Lenoir city to Oak Ridge but will never change pharmacies! and they recently redid the store inside and has some really nice gifts/things to buy that are super cute, and I haven't see anywhere before

I switched from a well known "chain" pharmacy and wish I would have done it sooner! The Rocky Top Pharmacy team is the best. They treat you like family and go above and beyond. Love this team!! If you're considering switching - DO IT!

Came here to get tested for Covid after the surrounding testing sites failed to get me in. The dark haired lady was so polite, and the gentleman, Charlie, was the absolute best, and very informative. All around, this was the best experience I could have possibly had given the situation. I left with a negative test, and some peace of mind. Thank you ❤️
