“Engine light came on as we were driving from Florida to Michigan early Monday Morning on 4/7/2024. A very polite clerk at the Advance Auto Parts store in Loudon, Tenn. quickly did a diagnose check and said it was a heating issue. Possibly thermostate? We asked if we could get it repaired close by. He said there are several places and directed us to closest one, Loudon Auto Repair. We were very grateful for his help! Loudon Auto Repair was able to get the correct thermostat from the Advance Auto Parts store and had it fixed in an hour. Everyone was honest, polite and patience with two very tired anxious travelers. We highly recommend the Loudon Advance Auto Parts Store and Loudon Auto Repair. Praising God for the help we received in Loudon and that we arrived home safely 4/9/24! Alan and Susan Czaplicki”
“Most of them O'reilly's is a little bit more expensive. But you get so much better service and you have people who they're actually no something. Don't go to autozone or advance auto those guys I don't know where they got him from, but they wouldn't know the difference between oil and water.”
