The owner, Jim Peyton, came within the time frame he gave us. He repaired our freezer (drain blocked & drain pan frozen), explaining precisely what was wrong & how he would fix it. In less than an hour it was working properly. Very reasonable cost for the repair!!! He cleaned up everything before leaving. I would call him again & recommend him to all my friends!!!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Jim was very quick to assess the problem and quick fix patch it (keep reading). Both times he's been here he has spent 15 minutes lecturing me and ensuring I understood he's been in business for 37 years. His repairs have consisted of duct tape and 2 zip ties. Neither of which repaired the issue long term. He is very disrespectful and degrading of women (as well as men when they are not present). He blamed the issues on improper install (which he did not correct) and the design of the fridge. He lies and belittles people and does a subpar repair. He also has no standard of protection for the Covid-19. It was not even offered. Even in the event of leaving his clipboard behind he could not admit to it being a mistake. He simply said: "I don't really need it anyways. I know where I'm going". Mind you, this is his clipboard full of customer information. After 37 years... it might be time to retire sir.

Jim was very disrespectful. He also only repaired with a quick fix zip tie and duct tape. The dishwasher had back washed into the disposal sink - causing gross standing water. He was so appalled by the gross standing water he felt it necessary to be very dramatic about the entire situation. Once the sink had drained, he was again appalled by a quarter of a peeled potato that had fallen into the sink. He said "UGGHH you are going to have to clean that out or something....ugh.....". I don't mind doing that, but said to him, "all you needed to do was ask." And he proceeded to say he did ask me (which he complained but not once asked). Then he lecture me. I do think after 37 years in the business (which he stated at least 12 times in the 20 minutes he was in my house) gross standing water should not offend you so much. There is a point in a man's career that the man needs consider retiring from the field. I would proceed with caution when hiring Jim.
