We have always had a great experience at Lookout Mtn Service Station. They’re honest and fairly priced. They provide a quick turnaround and we know we can trust them. We have gone in before requesting something be done and after inspecting it, they have told us that it wasn’t necessary but that it’s ultimately our call. That kind of service is why we come back! We feel valued and prioritized as customers. I can’t say that about many businesses in that industry. Great service! Highly recommend!

I took my car in when it was stalling unexpectedly. The folks at Lookout Service Center were kind, honest, and explained the process and cost of their work from start to finish. They gave me an amazing deal, and had my car running perfectly in no time. I recommend them to all of my friends in Chattanooga now. Best service ever!

asked them to do one thing on my car, they didn't do it. replaced something else instead, overcharged me, and did not even start to repair my car until 6pm even though I had made an appointment for 2pm. I was waiting across the street when they said they would be done and they hadn't even started. not an honest company and i will not take my car back.Service: Brakes

Dropped my car off yesterday after hours after breaking down at Ruby Falls. Suspected it was an issue with the starter. They called me this afternoon with a great price and my car will be ready for me tomorrow! Awesome pricing, friendly, and fast service. It's scary to have car issues when you're visiting from out of town, but it all went smoothly. I definitely recommend this shop.

Our son is in College at Covenant. He called and reported his brakes were really bad. Being atop a mountain with bad brakes is not a good combo. Had no idea who to call. Googled and found this shop. Called and the rest is history. Super nice & professional! On time. Communicated great! Only did what they needed to (no upselling). Great value & work. My son reported back that the mechanics were super nice and talked with him about his truck. SO comforting knowing we have a garage we can trust to take care of his vehicle up on Lookout Mountain. Oh, just saying, they offer Covenant College student discounts too...how cool & kind is that?!Service: Brakes
