“With the exception of 1 particular mechanic breaking two of my lug nuts then looking up and saying, "those were already cracked." (Which I HIGHLY DOUBT since they were brand new), me buying a new tire and him, putting a used tire on it. He put the money directly into his pocket. I find out that it is used when I pull out... the belt is broken, it wasn't balanced, and the tire was so worn down. I ask to speak to the owner but the same mechanic said that he wouldn't be there that week. That being said, I have ALWAYS had great dealings with the owner and the rest of the staff. 1 mechanic went above and beyond in helping me fix the problem.”
