I called for my boyfriends prescription to see how much it was. Since he doesn't have insurance I was fearing the worst. They took the time to find an rx discount card for us and knocked the price down by 100 bucks! I'm so grateful!

Its been my Pharmacy for over 5 years and Never really had any issues with them. Good selection of Candies and Other goods too. They had some nice Halloween decorations last year as well.

The pharmacy is terrible! We had a call in on the phone 7:15pm and it went till 8:05.. knowing that the pharmacy closes at 8 Pm.. not one person answered the Phone.. ridiculous

If you have the resources to do business at any other pharmacy, you should. Worst staff and terrible service. It is unfortunate that there are so few options for people in this area.

I have an autistic son that called and asked why no one was figuring out why no one was getting his meds pre-authorized and the women working on 2/15/2024 was very rude and yelled at him cause he needs this medicine. They told him to not come back to the store and won't tell us how to get the medication. This will be a lawsuit. The phone conversation was recorded. And the names of the women working will be posted here for everyone to see. Awful ground of people. They treated him awful not knowing he's autistic and don't fully understand how to conversate with people. I told them I'm the guardian and I'll come in to pay for it and they told me no. . exoect a lawsuit. I will speak to corporate next. Don't shop at the Livingston TV office. They're judgmental Karen's.

Erica and Deidra are the worst people I've ever worked with. They lied and told me it was illegal to fill narcotic medications without the accompanying non narcotic, which was a lie. Then threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund because they dispensed the wrong medication. It was finally resolved over a month later after calling corporate everyday for a month. The most unprofessional people I've ever worked with in any industry.

Advertising free flu shots… well I gave them my insurance info…. Oh we can’t take that… blue cross blue shield…. Never even offered to ask if I would want to pay for the shot, and when we ask about the free flu shot, oh we don’t do those anymore, but yet had 2 things advertising them….

Was informed when I went to pick up a prescription that if I didn't transfer my Blood Pressure prescription to Walgreens that they will not refill my sleep medication.

Deidra.... a pharmacist at Livingston TN Walgreens has been so helpful from helping with insurance to discount cards the past few months for me and my daughter. I have been at this pharmacy for years but recently considered switching because of poor customer service . With her involvement it is now excellent and I can continue using my local pharmacy. Life is difficult enough without a terrible experience trying to get medications. She is awesome.

Two reasons why I give this pharmacy 1 star. First, the drive thru service is the worst. You get in line behind someone and wait for 20-30 minutes, and your stuck because there isn’t a good way around. I guess they tell the car at the window to just wait while they fill the Rx instead of saying pull around and get in line again, so everyone is forced to wait entirely way to long. Second, I have the walgreens app, which should work great, but for some reason it never does at this location. I should be able to click on the prescription and request a refill but every time I do they magically never get it and I have to start all over. I questioned the pharmacy staff why it never works and if I’m doing something wrong and they told me it’s a problem with the app, and they are working to fix it. Mind you, this has happened multiple times over the last few months. I called the walgreens customer service who told me there isn’t any reported problems with the pharmacy app they are aware of. So really it’s just a problem with this location and not being able to do things quickly and efficiently. The staff told me I need to talk to someone in person or on the phone to make sure the prescription is processed. As you can see from other reviews that takes forever so you’re lucky to get anything filled the same day.

Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. My daughter was very sick and had antibiotics sent in after a morning doctor's appointment. Went to pharmacy an hour later and they said to give them another hour. Called after an hour and they said wait another hour. Three hours later I drive back to the pharmacy because I can't get through on the phone. Got there at 5:30pm and they said they would let the pharmacist know so it would be rushed. I left after 45 minutes since I had a sick daughter to feed and take care of. Finally received a text at 7:40pm letting me know it was ready but my daughter was already in bed and I wouldn't have been able to drive there in time before they closed at 8 anyways. This prescriptions was for a children's antibiotic, the kind where all you do is pull the bottle from the shelf, add some water, shake and it's ready. I have had these filled at the Cookeville Walgreens multiple times and they literally just filled it as I was standing there at the counter. I was also met with rudeness during all of my interactions with employees at this location, including the next morning when I was finally able to get her medicine.
