My package was delivered to another local address by mistake. I contacted the main post office the next morning, spoke with the very nice mail clerk, and they were able to contact the delivery driver who was already out, retrieve my package and also drop it off to my home the very same day. They even took my phone number and said they’d call me later that afternoon if they weren’t able to get it that day. Even though they made a mistake, they fixed it right away! Also, I thank the honest person who didn’t just open my mail and keep it as many are known to do these days. Thank you!!!

They refuse to deliver packages. They will mark them as “attempted to deliver” at 7am without ever even making the attempted delivery/before they themselves even left the post office.
The customer service inside is rarely ever helpful or nice during these situations as well. It’s frustrating to continually have to go collect your own mail from the post office when it’s supposed to be delivered & they refuse with no explanation.

Packages always being mishandled or not delivered. Will get the notification it was attempted in the morning before mail runs , like they know they won’t attempt to deliver it. Have to get any packages basically yourself. Lastly , the customer service in this post office is non existent , if it involves them moving or looking into anything , count it out , they’ll just be rude and disrespectful , offer no help until you leave .

They haven't deliver to correct address numerous times over years and in my neighborhood (we have a fb group to help get our mail & packages to correct people). Now they won't deliver packages because they don't have "room" in their vehicle. It's not my job to pick up packages, it's yours to deliver them. If you don't have room in carriers vehicle, find room the next day! (It's been 6 days!!) Or get more drivers. And if you put in a re-delivery slip in mailbox, don't ignore it and not re-deliver my packages!! So disappointed in this post office management.

Too many times I've had my mail mishandled. I've tracked it with comments left by the mail carrier with time stamps for the future. For example the carrier will say they attempted to deliver at noon but it was only 9am when she posted that to the website tracker. I filled out a change of address and a hold form because I moved to another county but when I checked with the post office on 7/16 I had no mail but the website says they sent my mail to Monterey! Incompetent is putting it mildly when I try to describe the individuals working here!!!

I'm getting tired of ignorance in a place that's suppose to be held with great esteem and make you think your packages are in good hands and is going to be ok and even if something does happen to your package, not to worry, everything will be ok and they will be held accountable and will do everything they can to help you. We'll guess what, the postal service is just as, "bad and useless as FEDEX and UPS, they dont cll care about you or your package. It doesnt matter if " "Handle With Care, Fragile, Glass or anything that tells someone be careful with it is wrote all over it, theyll dropkick that package on your front door step and then kick it to the wall or even open the door of their delivery truck an throw the package over a wooden fence pushing eight feet tall, and now they double label packages and dont care if the right package goes to the right person, because it means notbing to them. Dont ask or expect them to do more then stand there, tou might inconvenience them.. Lord help them if they tell you that unless you send something by priority mail or add insurance if something happens they dont care, the united states postal service as a whole will not look for it because thay extra money wasnt spent. Its already to high to send things anywhere these days and now, just like any other business, it's all about the money and it's only important if you're paying. I was brought up made to think mail, no matter what size package or distance it's going, is important and the postal service was something a person could trust and feel rest assured your package is held with the upmost respect and regards. I never thought our mail would be treated like trash unless you pay them not to treat it like trash. Nothings sacred anynore, greed is all that matters.

Yo my girlfriend got card from her grandma expecting cash and it was already opened . You all better get with me about this this is not OK I don’t care I have the cash to lawyer up . I don’t play these games you all have a thief on your hands better clean out the trash before I do .
