Holy WOW!!! Visiting from NC for thanksgiving.. my friend & I came across this gym on google to do a drop in so we can get our post turkey dinner workout in. We were both so blown away by how beautiful this property is. Everything in the gym has so much character. The pond, the outdoor setup, the platforms inside?!?! It literally doesn’t get any better. The members of Fit 4 Life are truly truly lucky to have such a special place to exercise. I will most definitely be back when I visit my family in the future. Thank you for being so helpful & welcoming!! How thankful are we all to be a part of this community?

Best workout place period..I started and stopped working out and now getting back in to it but absolutely nothing but POSITIVITY from the owners no judgements from no one it’s really one huge family with everyone they will and have seen them work and push everyone to the point of trying to bring the absolute best out of every person that walks through the door my first workout back I was absolutely humbled when Gus the owner asked me if I mind he prayed for me so we both prayed very proud to call the owners FRIENDS…thank you Gus for believing in me and everyone you coach GOD BLESS YOU brother anyone curious just saying give it a try ❤️

This is a cross fit gym for all ages and fitness levels! I’m in the senior class twice a week as well as occasional private classes just because. The owners/coaches are both phenomenal instructors with special knowledge of body functions, precise form with purpose, sensible progress expectations and a sense of humor, to boot. They have changed my mind totally from being quite negative about gyms to a true believer in them.

Great people, great workouts, great support system. The friendships alone are worth the membership. These are patient, hardworking people that want to get others healthy, stay active, and serve the Lord while doing so. This is the 4th gym that I’ve tried over the last 5 years, and I have felt most at home here.

I joined Fit4Life Farm officially, three weeks ago! As a "newbie" to group fitness, I joined the Women's Bootcamp class. I was nervous walking in the very first day but I am SOOOO glad I did. The community and friendships here are amazing and Lourdes will believe in you way more than you believe in yourself!! She will encourage you, cheer you on, and push you! Thank you Fit4Life!

The Fit 4 Life Farm is a great place to get in a good workout. Great classes with the best coaches around. The coaches really get to know each one of us and know our strengths and weaknesses. Lourdes and Gus really push us to be the very best versions of ourselves! I am so thankful that I made the decision to join!!!!

I am not a member at this gym but if I lived in Tennessee they would be my first choice! I came to do a tryout for a weightlifting team while visiting ETSU. Everyone was super friendly and there was a diverse range of athletes. When they did the open there was an overwhelming sense of community as the other affiliate members cheered each other on.
