This place simply gets a 1 star from me solely based off the attitude the owner has. This guy is an arrogant jerk who has zero control of filtering his mouth with customers.

I recently visited Southland Power Sports in Lexington, Tn. & I'm happy to give some very positive feedback.
I arrived & browsed for a few minutes & Jeremy came over to see if he could be of assistance. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several models & was very friendly, polite & very knowledgeable. These folks don't mess around & will get you what you need at a fair & reasonable price.
Today, I'm a happy owner of a 2024 CFMOTO UFORCE 1000XL side by side. Tasks on my property are so much easier with my new side by side now , ... I have also enjoyed taking family & friends for rides & having some fun as well.
A big thanks to Jeremy and the team of wonderful people at Southland Power Sports in Lexington, Tn. ?

This place charged me $250 for an oil change. 2 qt of oil and an oil filter. They should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of people. The old guy before me brought in a lawn mower and didn't realize it was just out of gas. They charged him over 60 bucks for the gallon of gas. That's all he needed shame shame shame will never go back again And I don't think you will either.

Our zero turn was taken to them a couple times within a week for repairs and maintenance. Upon returning it, we finally were able to lawn when the engine literally stopped working. We took it in for a third time and the engine is blown! We are under warranty and they are refusing to uphold it. Our mower is still sitting there.............
2/24 - Was told Both managers were fired. New Manager David E. is researching. Mower still there. I will post update later.

Great experience from start the finish! Our sales contact and finance contact were knowledgeable and professional. This was the third place we went to purchase our new mower and it will now be our first stop. The owner even went out his way to say hello and thank you.

READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! SO I POPPED IN THERE ON A SATURDAY IN FEBRUARY 2024 LOOKING FOR SOME PARTS FOR MY MOTORCYCLE. THAT WAS AFTER GIVING THEM A CALL AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE WAS VERY SHORT AND SAID THEY'RE CLOSING IN A FEW MINUTES. I TOLD HIM I WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND I'LL BE THERE IN 3 MINUTES ...IT WAS STILL 10 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING TIME. SO AS SOON AS I WALK IN WITH A SMILE AND A FRIENDLY HELLO... I SAID HEY I'M THE GUY THAT CALLED 3 MINUTES AGO. AND THE MAN SAYS "WHAT DO YOU WANT" ?! I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW CURT HE WAS! SO EVERY QUESTION I ASK THEM THE ANSWER WAS NO NO NO NO NO IT FELT LIKE UTTER REJECTION WITH NO FRIENDLINESS WHATSOEVER?! I DON'T KNOW A SINGLE PERSON THERE AND IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT! I ACTUALLY CONSIDERED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE... AND WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT UNTIL THIS HAPPENED: AS I WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE STILL 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME I NOTICED A COUPLE OF PRETTY MOTORCYCLES AND HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ONE! THERE WAS A KAWASAKI ELIMINATOR AND A KAWASAKI VULCAN. I ASKED THE MAN IF I COULD SIT ON IT AND FEEL THE WEIGHT... HE SAID "NOT THAT ONE" ! THEN HE POINTED TO ANOTHER ADVENTURE BIKE THAT I WAS NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN. THAT MADE NO SENSE TO ME... BUT HE ALLOWED ME TO SIT ON THE VULCAN. AS I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MAKING THE PURCHASE THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF WHILE I WAS SITTING ON THE MOTORCYCLE! SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY FROM WHAT I GATHER IS THEY CARE MORE ABOUT QUITTING TIME THAN THEY DO A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER. I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS... BUT THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS. I READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS AND I AM TENDING TO AGREE WITH EVERY ONE OF THEM! THERE WAS NO POLITENESS OR FRIENDLINESS WHATSOEVER WITH ANYONE IN THE PLACE AND I NOTICED THREE PEOPLE ALL CUTTING THEIR EYES AT ME AS IF I WAS SOME TYPE OF AN INCONVENIENCE OR SOMETHING.
JUST OVERALL RUDE AND INSULTING WHEN THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF. I AM SO THANKFUL IN RETROSPECT THAT THEY DID THAT BECAUSE I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING BUYING THAT MOTORCYCLE! THEIR LOSS MY BENEFIT! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN FOR ANY REASON NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME TO DO SO! THERE WAS NO REASON WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR RUDENESS ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY DID NOT KNOW ME AND I DO NOT KNOW THEM. TO THE MANAGEMENT...DON'T WASTE TIME WITH SOME POLITE RESPONSE BECAUSE I MEAN WHAT I SAY! THERE'S NO SECOND CHANCE FOR A FIRST IMPRESSION!
