“Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Long story short, I went through the walmart at&t services to start my phone lines and they completely messed things up. Resulting in one of my phone lines being completely useless and the other not even functioning past a week. I went to two different walmarts and called the at&t call centers at least half a dozen times to try and sort things out, but nobody was any help. It wasnt until I went to the lexington at&t store where Krystin Young actually sat with me and got things figured out. She even stayed after her shift to make sure my phone lines got sorted. Huge shout out to Krystin, thank you so much for your help. This store is 10 out of 10 and I won't be taking my business anywhere else.”
