The tires didn't last but 3 months. We had a blow out on a road trip, come to find out the tires they gave us were dry rotted. We aren't from Tennessee. So when we tried to see if they could give us any commission, they said "you will need to drive the 278 miles back" on a spare by the way. So I can't recommend going here. And if you are passing through and have issues. There customer service isn't any help either.
P.S, I sent them an email for the RM and never heard from them. So again, I'd skip going here.

Good guys who work fast and get you back on the road. Will go there again!
UPDATE: A week after buying new tires, I ran over something and had a blow out. Limped over there on a spare shortly before they closed, and these guys worked me in and fixed me up with a new one. Cost me nothing, since I had the road hazard coverage! They turned that lemon of a day into lemonade and are true to customer service. Thank you!

Got some great service from Mr. Swift at Gateway today. He told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour for my oil change, and he had me out the door in under 40 minutes.

If you have anything else to do that day then just forget it. When I got there they pulled the car right in and started. I don’t know what they did for the next two hours and forty-five minutes to change my oil and rotate tires. I know Gateway costs are high I just didn’t think they were high and slow.

The two gentlemen who helped me were very professional. I got all new tires at a great price. They found the best offer possible. In total, it took about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised as I had never been to a gateway before, but had Heard good things about them.

Please do not go here.
We asked for a leak check they tried to charge for a flat repair. When asked questions, their dishonesty was exposed.
The “young people” hoped for ignorance.
The only reason for confidence in the work was watching someone over 50 doing it, while the kids played on their phones.
Please do not support this “business”.

Waited till 7:30. Then had to wait for them to turn the computers on. Couldn't understand what the guy was saying, mumbling or something...Told me it would take 1.5 hours for oil change and rotate tires. Really ?? They act like they are in the union. No work ethic. The manager was just leaning on a wall and staring at nothing..They pulled the van in and 15 minutes later , started to work on it.. I absolutely hate Gateway !!!!

I have solid white car and when they were done with doing alignment on it I have 4 black hand prints on my front bumper which is also white and I had stuff that was on my driver side dash in my dumped in passenger floorboard after they drove it

Went twice to have my battery looked at. The first time, I was told the battery tested ok, but there was a parasitic drain or possibly the alternator was bad. (?) The mechanic was on vacation so they asked me to come back the next week. When I went back a couple of weeks later, I spoke to the mechanic. He said he was too busy, but if I could leave it, he might get to it the next day. I said no and left. I stopped at 4 Brothers on the way home and they took me right in. Turns out the battery WAS bad. Battery was replaced and I was on the way home in no time. But I've had better service before at Gateway.

Bought tires from tire rack then took them up there to have them put on an they didn’t get the balance correct on my tires so I took it back up there they re balance them an my car shook worse than what it did before but over all good friendly staff
