The staff in this store is not very helpful. I transferred my service due to cost. I tried to explain an issue I was having with the transfer pin, but would not listen. Finally went out to my car and figured it out. Then asking about my other device, said I needed to read the pamphlet that came with it. Asked if they might have an extra. Said no and offered no other option.

The Cricket store in Lexington Tn is on the main highway going thru town and has ample parking and a decent sized showroom. There are always 2 employees at the counter and they are always helpful when you have needs with your phone or your service. I have a LG phone (LG is out of the phone business and no longer doing updates to their phones) so I have a few glitches and they have helped me work thru this until I decide what new phone that I am going to purchase. They have recommended some phones for me to consider and they have a decent selection on their tables in the showroom. They have not however offered to move from behind the counter and demonstrate or discuss any of their products. I will stay with Cricket because I have no problems with the service and no other provider offers any better accommodations, in my opinion.

We went in because my sister's phone was dropped in water, and it wouldn't work. We were told to call a number to file a claim on her insurance and they couldn't help us in store. It's really hard to call a number and file a claim when your phone doesn't work. They staff was very unhelpful

Not only were they very professional and even though everyone is in the business of making money, I think the manager realized that my friend did not have a lot of money to spend, she helped her with all the discounts and advice that she could give. It's the first time I had ever been in there to the store considering that I am a hardcore Verizon customer. I believe in giving honor where it's due. I wish I knew the manager's name I would mention in here. Anyway great place to do business at.

Their phones are never answered. I live multiple towns away and never have time to come into Lexington to ask simple questions. I upgraded on my data but I'm still getting the low gigs even though I'm paying for high gigs.

Never have I had a good experience with this location in Lexington. Rather it’s in person or over the phone I always have to deal with attitude and disrespectful rude responses after I ask a simple question. They also do not seem very knowledgeable considering they can’t answer the simple questions I ask.
