You can definitely tell they are an honest, family run company. I have so much trouble finding a good auto shop for my car where I can take my toddler and it doesn’t feel like a burden, and where I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of because obviously I know nothing about cars.I was so happy with the service here and felt well taken care of! Can’t say enough about this place and the owner/staff. My car broke down while in the middle of a trip. I took it there around 10 am and the owner and his staff worked until 3 pm with no breaks until it was fixed. He was extremely willing to help and checked on me multiple times, offering me food and water while I waited. His front desk worker (who I think was his daughter) was just as kind and checked on me multiple times while I was there. There was also a pretty pup there to keep me company until my car was finished. One of his staff members even took it upon himself without me having to ask to call a previous shop I had taken it to to get money taken off of my bill for parts under warranty. Overall 10/10 experience, if I lived closer I wouldn’t ever take my car anywhere else.Services: Tires

Had a power window quit working. I found Downtown Auto on maps. (newish to the area) Turns out these folks bought that business some time back, including their phone number. I made an appointment for Thursday. Dropped off my truck on Wednesday after work (at the old Downtown Auto shop). Friday I call for an update on my lunch break and, of course, they haven't seen my truck.Once we sorted through the confusion, they went and GOT MY TRUCK FROM ACROSS TOWN FOR ME. This is EOD Friday.Having missed my scheduled appointment, they still had it fixed before noon on Monday.Everything about this was no fun at all. But the folks at Complete Automotive went above and beyond.This will be where I bring my vehicle until I either move or die.Big thank you to everyone at Complete Automotive.
