On 4-14-24 my husband went in to order 2 pounds chick livers and when he got back I tried eating them and they were burnt crumbly and old tasting and I have ordered livers from this place for years and never had a problem and whie on the phone the lady was argumentative and called me a liar then she admitted they came out of the warmer instead of cooked fresh and I told her they were too black burnt to eat and she still argued so I said I will come show you to prove I'm not lying so I go up there open box and hollies starts eating the livers and touching all of them and said there was nothing they would do and Jennifer kept saying rude statements too and I said so you won't give me fresh liver after I came back in and you ate and touched all my food with your bare hands and they said they wouldn't do anything and call tomorrow and then laughed about eating out of my food I said I can't believe how rude you both are being when I'm a customer just trying to resolve this and she said we have cameras and then she looked at a random customer and said we are being nice aren't we and the customer said don't put me in the middle and I told them I can't believe how ugly they were to me and she said have a blessed day while smirking and I said you shouldn't say things like that in an ugly way to someone and and I said well I'm glgyou got to eat and touched my food and she said oh ya thank you really smart and rude I will never stop at that store again if they are going to have people like you working hollies and Jennifer were mean rude and awful towards me

Unlike the Shell station in Cornersville I have to say the food and service at this Shell station are great I have never got bad food from here. I get food here 5 days a week on my way to work and have never been disappointed yet. The story is always clean and tidy and it is a pleasure to shop there. Way to go

Been calling since 2 am to try and get a cheeseburger and the first time I called she said they didn't have any. Asked her to cook one for 3:00 then she told me to call back when it's closer to that time now they will not answer and they wonder why they don't get paid more. They need a new 3rd shift. Then they got rude with me when trying to order food. The workers on night shift is a joke. Will be calling corporate in the morning. They must make the company miss out on food orders especially people who work 3rd shift and try to call in orders for lunch

Must be the worst store in town for service. Was in there this morning. Took 20 mins at the register to get rung up and get out. The cashier was bragging about having drugs on her and cussing about her co workers to customers. Asked multiple times for 2 ham biscuits and one chicken biscuit still tried to give me 2 chicken and one ham then agrue with me that my food was correct and when showed her my receipt gave ME the attitude. Ive been here several times and the cashiers are high, rude, careless, argumentative, and slow. The coolers are always empty and the cashiers are always the same.

I never actually posted a review on a gas station before, but this one is the best in town. The cashiers always helpful, and that food! If you are ever awake after hours, and hungry but just don't want to cook, then go here!

I never post reviews but I had to this time me and my husband went in to get some food out of the deli and I wanted hot wings the cook acted like she didn’t want to mess with us to begin with, we had asked for 3 bbq legs and she tried to give us the burnt shriveled up ones I guess it was the oldest ones. When my husband asked to pick the ones he wanted she got mad and got someone else to wait on us. Very very bad customer service. When we got home the cookies that we bought were hard as a rock. Corporate will be notified. If people don’t have the gift of customer service they don’t need to work in customer service. This was the lewisburg location across from Walgreens about 11pm
