Fellas, don't let your wives get their vehicles serviced unless you give them specifics of what you're doing and what you're not doing. I had every intention of changing her air filters myself and not spending $250 to have a dealership do it. The whole point of scheduling the service is to perform the service I scheduled and not add a bunch of stuff when the vehicle gets there.

We checked and checked and checked on our parts for a warranty job (for a month) and for missing chips (for 2 years) and got nowhere with dealership. It wasn't until we got GM customer service involved that bam all the sudden all parts are there to fix everything. Thank you for your help Gm customer service.

Smooth and pleasant transaction from beginning to end. Truck was reasonably priced and I received a better than fair trade in price. This dealership was the only one in the area with the specific drivetrain package I was insisting on. No high pressure. Will do business with again!

About 2 weeks ago I lost my vehicle. I was dropped off at Nick Mayer Cheverlet with nothing but hope in my heart that I would be able to get a new vehicle. Benjamin Toncs worked with me and against all odds was able to get me in a 2017 Traverse with very low miles. Benjamin and the team went to bat for me and faught hard to get me a new car, which happened to be my very first dealership car ive ever purchased. I'm incredibly appreciative for how far above and beyond they went to help me out. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them and I hope you chose Nick Mayer Cheverlet next time you consider buying a new vehicle. The process was easy and effortless on my behalf. I have nothing but respect for the team there.

What a wonderful experience! Found a truck online and sent an inquiry. Brandon Seagraves sent a video and we immediately called. Less than 24 hours later, I'm driving away in my beautiful truck. Everything you could ever want in a no hassle deal...even the money man, Randy, just effortless. It was a 2 hour drive, one way but so incredibly worth it.

Best Dealer Around. If you are looking to buy a car, go see them. I would ask for Benjamin as he is an awesome salesman that will treat you like a friend. And Joey handled my loan paperwork and was super nice and wasn’t overly trying to force anything and got us the best deal on the financing. Along with that, we had a few issues with the car we purchased that were unknown to the dealership, and when i called them they immediately took action and resolved everything efficiently, timely and without hesitation. I would drive many hours to deal with them again on our next purchase. And don’t forget, Benjamin is the Man, and he was at the Lewisburg location!

Set up a service appointment several days ago for my gmc truck. Appointment was for tomorrow at 1. Contacted this morning and they canceled my appointment. Very poor service
