London Funeral Home did an exceptional job during my loss. Their staff is extremely caring and compassionate and answered all the questions I had. They walked us through the process of what the next steps were and what was going to happen during that time and made it easy to understand even after our sudden loss. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process from making arrangements to even after the burial when we were picking out a grave stone. Would highly recommend this funeral home.

I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a business. To start, while we were grieving, there were costs thrown in without mentioning up front. When I asked for an itemized statement before we left, I was told "I can't do that, and I wish those men would quit telling people that I can. You can have it when you come back for the funeral." WHO is going to dispute charges when they're about to say goodbye to their loved ones at that very moment ?! I've kept quiet, and let it go, thinking it was done, and move on. Now we're 6 months later and the date hasn't been cut on his headstone, because someone forgot to order it. No one forgot to charge us for it, however. Decoration is coming up, and there's still no rush to get it done. Very, very disappointed.

Greg is a wonderful, caring and amazing person. London funeral home gave me comfort and relief at a time when I needed it most. They are so respectful and caring. They took such good care of my son. I will be eternally grateful. Ms. Fisher
