Extremely friendly and clean gym. Visiting family for Thanksgiving and was happy to find a gym that allowed guests for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Function Fitness is without a doubt the best place in town to workout. Dave takes pride in the gym being clean, safe, and full of positive energy. The equipment is well maintained and up to date - will losts of machine and free weight options -which has contributed to my journey.There are alot of resources available @ FF - classes, nutrition, family feel, heart rate workout monitor. Every one from staff and memebers are kind!!!! Come join us!!!!

My family and I absolutely love this gym! We were previous members of the rec center, And I just got tired of most of the fitness machines not working and being dirty, so I began looking for another gym. Functional fitness is always clean, the machines work as they should, the owner is amazing, we can go anytime we want, there's a room for my school age children to play in while I work out, and honestly it's just great all around. So happy we found our gym-home in Lewisburg!

As a former athlete and coach I've bounced in and out of regular exercise and fitness most of my life. That changed when I joined Functional Fitness. Dave and his gym provided what I needed to make exercise a consistent habit again. His gym is always clean and has a truly family friendly atmosphere. I hope Dave keeps working into his 80's and 90's! :)

It’s a great gym with everything I need! It’s kept very clean! I get friendly customer service! I love the owners! I had a neurological issue and through strengthening and routine, I am about 90% in remission! I love my Gym for my routine workouts! I highly recommend FUNCTIONAL FITNESS GYM!! It’s reasonably priced and it’s open 24/7 with a membership!

Hands down, this gym is amazing. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring and just the right amount of encouragement. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family.

I look forward to exercising at Functional Fitness each day! Dave is very welcoming and miraculously remembers each of his member’s names, which makes the experience more personable. Dave creates a welcoming environment and makes sure to offer a helping hand if you an unsure of how to use his equipment or if you just want to check that you are using correct form. I highly recommend Functional Fitness!

Functional Fitness has been my gym for almost 2 years now. It has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dave and his staff do a great job with taking care of the gym. Unlike most gyms, Dave knows all of us by a first name basis and makes an effort to say hello each day! An overall great gym!
