Just spent two hours in the store to put a sim card in a phone bought from them, that says, Cricket is the carrier. Just to be told, the carrier isn't recognized when the new sim card was put in. And, there's no refund for the sim card because it was already programmed due to their ignorance of the process. Very disgusted with the service.

I was in and out of this location in about 30 minutes, that's with new service transferring my number and tons of questions. Kyle was the gentleman that helped me and he was phenomenal, very knowledgeable exceptionally professional, and great customer service

I've been to this location 2 times (actually 3) this week and Kyle has helped out twice. He was absolutely the BEST sales rep and customer service rep that I have had the pleasure dealing with. He knew everything I wanted and needed to know out of both phone service (plans and rates included) and "hotspot" information. He's super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. He was very nice and I would recommend Cricket and the Lewisburg store to anyone looking for new phone service or anyone who's looking to switch their service. Thank you Kyle! You are awesome!
