Changing from Verizon to AT&T at this location has been a nightmare to say the least. In September I went in the store and moved 3 cell phones ,a watch to AT&T and added a hotspot which was supposed to be the package that would not go over. Within a couple of weeks I get a email notification the hotspot was going over and there will be additional charges. I go back to the store the lady that worked with me was not there, the other employees couldn’t help me was very short that only the employee that worked with you can help. I go back when the girl that helped me was there she said ignore the emails about the overage your plan won’t go over. In the meantime yes it was going over because they had me with the wrong plan. 900.00Dollars for the overage I’m paying I called customer service 611 talked with them several times only the store manager can help. The store manager wouldn’t return my phone calls I would go to the store and she’s sitting there No customers and tells me she was just going to call me back it had been 3 days. She told me to call 611 and tell them I was canceling my service and they should help me then. Basically everyone l talked to referred me back to the store the store manager was the one that can correct this. Finally a customer service representative set a call for the store manager and myself to call , I would have to go back to the store to do this, so I called Amber the store manager she said fine she was there until 7:00 but they were short staffed, I leave work early get there around 5:30 walk in ask for Amber the guy working there said there is no amber here as if they don’t have a employee there name Amber I said the manager I just talked to he said oh she left early and would not be back sorry. So after hours of talking with customer service and 3 times leaving early from work a month later and nothing so basically 280.00 phone bill is costing me 0ver 1300. And the manager there works herself to death to avoid the situation rather than to try and resolve this. Go to a different location if you’re working with AT&T

I was having ongoing problems with my new phone I ordered through the Walmart app a few weeks ago and I had to come into this store 3-4 times over the course of a week. Each time the women working were so so welcoming and helpful! Even though I am a little shy they made me feel so comfortable and assured me they would do whatever it took to make sure the issue was fixed (despite the fact that it was a problem on Walmarts end, not AT&T). Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! 100/10!!!

I don’t often stand and observe interactions between staff and customers, but Amber was born for this! Extremely knowledgeable about plans and devices- and the patience to deal with dinosaurs like me . VERY helpful, VERY knowledgeable, VERY downright friendly and that rare someone I don’t mind doing business with. She’s the reason I’m now an AT&T customer- are y’all seeing this AT&T ??

Amber was awesome couldn't have asked for a better representative she helped me switch my service and set up my new phone. She even told me about amazing offers so I could get some nice accessories for my phone!

I only had to wait for a few minutes before the man waiting on me it only took 15 minutes for him to transfer my data and spps to. my new phone

I went in to just upgrade my phone a week ago at the Lewisburg location, the manager there, Amber, told me there were upgrades available to me at NO cost to me one being extra hot stop and it could be added to another phone on the account. It was repeated back to her exactly what she said and she repeated it was totally free. It ended up adding $105 extra a month to my phone bill by adding an exrra phone line. She also told me they had a sale on cases, screen protectors and box of buy 2 get one free. She rung it up and told me the total and said that was all I owed, paid in full. Come to find out she charged the rest of those charges to my bill as monthly payments never telling me anything about it. She had to order my phone cause they didnt have it in stock and told me I would have it in 3 to 5 days and come to find out i won't get it for 1 month after ordering it. It is a shame that someone is trying to rip hard working people off just to make a big commission check for themselves.I will never go back in this store if she is there and have told all my family and friends in the Lewisburg area about this and that they should should do the same. She should not be a manager

I was just in the parking lot (6pm) to bring back my phone that I'm trading in, and the doors are locked with all of the lights on. The sign on the door said open until 7pm. Google said open til 7 pm, same with their website. I sat in the parking lot and called 3 times, no answer, not even an answering machine/system. I couldn't see anyone in the building. I understand if there is an emergency and you have to lock up/close early, but at least post a sign or turn on an answering system or turn off the lights, etc. I drove all the way over here for nothing and will have to come back a different day, not knowing if I'll run into the same issue. I just feel that management should know.

They scammed me and opened up a unnecessary line that they say they can’t take off. I went in for upgrade and he order the phone under a new Line to make his money. Now it shows I owe 3 lines instead of the 2 cell phones. The 3 line is the one he opened up and there saying I can’t close it. I reported them to the BBC @att is not helping telling me the same thing. His name is Will at the store and the district manager is Troy the scammed me. I will continue to fight this. I have been with them for 15 plus years.
