DON'T RENT FROM THESE PPL! THIS COMPANY IS RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER'S!!! 2 OF THE MANAGERS LEFT ABOUT A YEAR AGO BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE CUSTOMER'S ARE TREATED, AFTER YEARS OF WORKING THERE.THE LOUDON LOCATION NOTORIUS. I RENTED THERE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.THEY'RE DELIBERATELY OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS FRAUDULENTLY FOR DUMPSTER USE.YOU HAVE TO CARRY ADDITIONAL RENTERS INSURANCE THAT GOES UP EVERY 3 MONTHS ALSO. THEY ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE BUT MAKE THE TENANT CARRY ADDITIONAL? THE GROUNDS ARE TRASHED AND THEYRE INFESTED WITH MICE AND STINKBUGS.I KNOW 1 TENANTS BUILDING WAS BROKEN INTO AND ROBBED AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT! THE INSURANCE WAS USELESS! I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER, SHE DECLINED TO CALL BACK. ITS NOTHING BUT A MONEY TRAP. IF I CAN SAVE 1 PERSON THE STRESS AND HEADACHE IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH, ITS WORTH IT. A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW ME AND KNOW, IF I SAY, "STEER CLEAR" YOU SHOULD LISTEN!

Needed a secure space to store my Jeep Wrangler for a few months, while I relocated a boat from Lenoir City to the East coast. Very short notice, with no other options. Contacted Dale at Volunteer Storage. Despite his facility being full at the time, he understood my predicament, and made room for my Jeep. After three months, I was able to return to TN and retrieve my vehicle. Dale had started it frequently to keep the battery charged, and it started up for me just fine! I can’t thank him enough for bailing me out; no one else would have gone the extra mile to help. I highly recommend Dale and Volunteer Storage-Lenoir City, TN for your storage needs!

Awesome employees always friendly. Clean storage spaces. Easy access to the location! Great prices. Love the 24 hour access and the security!!! Can’t say enough nice things about them!

Mike is great to deal with. The facility is well maintained and easily accessible. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future this is the only place I would use.
