It’s been a wonderful experience to live here. Staff are pleasant and helpful when you need them. Always clean. Love the set up and the kitchen! I’ve enjoyed living here and calling this home. It would be nice however if it wasn’t as expensive. The price keeps going up and becoming unaffordable for many.

Front office Sarah and Jessica are extremely helpful and friendly. As new tenant with stress of moving they made transition so much easier. Feel very welcome here

We love being residents at the Cove! The office staff is awesome and the maintenance gentlemen are incredible and helpful! We love having guests over and them complimenting how the property is well kept as well! Great job Vintage, we are staying as long as we can :)

Our recent stay at Vintage Creekwood was nothing short of amazing. The staff was wonderful from the first call to the hugs goodbye after we found our forever home. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Lived there for two years with no problems. The office staff is nice and helpful, maintained is also nice and quick to fix any problems. The apartments are nice clean. The property is well maintained. Would recommend.

I have loved my time here the past two years, it's been a very accommodating place to live. The staff is great, the community events are so fun, and the grounds are always kept so clean and beautiful year round.

Highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is very courteous. The maintenance staff is very professional and timely. The grounds are always well maintained. The overall community is very quiet and very friendly.

My experience thus far has been amazing. Donna, Jessica and Sarah have been most helpful and understanding during the transition period. I was so excited when I received my call that an apartment came available so that I could move in sooner than expected. I am looking forward to making Vintage Creekwood my new home.

Very nice staff and maintenance was always very timely with their response. Parking situation could have been better, but other than that overall it was a nice place to live.

Was looking for new places to move and came across this place. Remembered that my aunt used to live here years ago, and one interaction always comes back. My aunts thermostat started acting up one time while I was visiting, so she called down to the office to file a report, get it fixed, etc.. the woman who answered at the office was kinda snippy off the bat, but no big deal, then she proceeds to try and troubleshoot this, like we are incompetent, then after 5 minutes of her treating us like a thermostat was too much for us, she proceeds to say something to the effect of (this was years ago) “well, I guess open some windows or something. I’ll get someone when I can.” Like…not a “sorry for the inconvenience, this that and the third” no, just a “better open some windows”. She went all weekend in 80+ degree weather. She was in her 60s then. Horrible. I’ll never forget that interaction and I’m so glad I found this just to bring this up. The place itself was lovely, but I first hand witnessed that incompetence and I remember other stories she had with staff there. Hopefully they’ve gotten a little more compassion since then.

I'm so happy I decided to make Vintage Creekwood my home! Everyone I have talked to, be it front office, maintenence, or residents, have all been so nice! The community is clean, the property is maintained amazingly, and amenities are "resort-like"!!! I love it here!
