I've been a steadfast supporter of Cellular Sales, a certified dealer for Verizon, for many years now, but my experience since September of last year compels me to share my story, in hopes that no one else has to endure what I have. My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales. My hope in sharing this is that it might prevent similar distress for others and prompt Cellular Sales to take immediate action to resolve such grave errors in the future.Sincerely, Brendon

Went to Verizon in Lenoir City because my smart watch was over heating. Jackson was incredible. He helped me with getting a new watch under warranty. When the watch came in, Verizon tech support never called to help set the watch up. I went to the store and Max proceeded to do it for me. I would highly recommend this store and these 2 employees.

I had Verizon first long as I can. Possibly remember at least 20 years. We are low problem with the bill. So I call their office and it takes you 2to3 days to get through to a human. And she said she couldn't see anything wrong with my bill. Which eventually we figured it out. But not to her and she told me to get a copy of my bill would cost me $5 a page and there's at least a 100 pages. So that means they want it made to pay $500 to get a bill to figure out where they went wrong. So eventually I had to go down and waste the day of my life again. 2 days on the telephone in another day to go down there. By this time i'd already got upset at him and I said I don't need this b. Yes So I closed the account and got another phone company which we all know. All the towers are the same all the fun coming to the same. It's just 2 semani. Well, the different was verizon was charging me a hundred and $155 a month for 1 line. So I changed over to the people who do arcable. Now have 2 lines for $27 a month. I drive all over the United States because I use a truck. I kept Verizon because I did have to sit down better signals. But I've been to Canada. I've been to Los Angeles. I've been to Miami and I've not had a problem out the new company. So the reason I shut it off was because they did not have a clue on what was going on. And then just for grants. I went on to another $345 on top of my bill. For what reason because I cut it off before 36 months is up. But I paid cash for the telephone I didn't know any money on the phone. That yet to tell me exactly what it was for. I said over there for 3 and a 1/2 hours waiting to get somebody to go online. There was only 2 people. This is in Knoxville, so I'm gonna soon. That's because nobody showed up for work because of the snow straightforklier. But that has nothing to do with the new society. But anyway, so after reading all of the adverse stuff about Verizon and how they will run your credit. And they throw stuff on your bill. And if you don't pay it, they'll put it against your credit report. And then it takes you a year or 2 to get it removed because Because they are a cut throat. Company is the only thing I can figure. And I'm not sure why anybody uses them. Not one point they had a better signal not anymore. If I used Verizon. I walked to the end of my driveway I have no signal. I watched people stop in the street end using their cell phone. And then I'll hang it up and leave and I'm only 3 blocks from the interstate. And I'm in the city allowed in Tennessee. And now you're also have to understand I have to drive from Loudon Tennessee and the Knoxville. In order to have anybody help me with my bill. You can't have all this automation. You need to put humans back in the picture when I call it. It needs to be a person on the other end, because my time is just as valuable as yours, if not more so. But we no longer have to worry about it. Because I will never as long as I live use verizon again

We had wonderful cell service from a kind soul name Mr. Christian Watts. He went above and beyond to help us find a new phone on Black Friday. Excellent service and a great experience. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

I visited this Cellular Sales/Verizon store a couple of weeks ago to explore my options for replacing my older cellular phone. A sales rep, Matt Mullin, was very helpful. He truly listened to me and was able to provide an excellent solution. I would recommend this location and Matt Mullin for your consideration.

My Verizon sales person, Hunter Shafferman, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He knew right away what was wrong with my old phone and helped me in choosing a new phone. He quickly transferred all my information and got me on my way in record time.

My boyfriend had to replace a phone he lost in the lake during a trip. We were traveling and stopped at this location to get a new phone. Daniel N. Helped us and he was fantastic., fast, and very helpful. We were in and out with our new phone and all backed up within an hour. Cannot say enough good things about the great service.

Beware of Adam at this location!! I took my phone in with a "no sim card installed" error code. I told him that I had previous problems with the sim card. He took it out, placed it in a different device and messed around with the phone for a bit. Then proceeded to tell me that it was the phone and u needed a new one. I fed into the sells pitch and asked a lot of questions. When I asked him to put a new sim card in my phone to see if that was the problem he said the card would cost me $20. I gathered my stuff up and told him I would be back. Drove home, installed a sim card from another phone in the house and my phone started to work. Drove back, talked to a different gentleman (because I refused to talk to Adam again). The employee was nice (might have been training cause there was a guy shadowing him) didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need, answered my questions, installed a new sim card AT NO CHARGE and wished me a nice day. I know these guys live off of commission and its their job to "sell" you something. But Adam told 2 lies, waisted 2.5 hrs of my day and 28 miles on my car and gas. Come on Verizon! Some ppl, especially our older generation just doesn't deserve this!! Shame on you Adam!
