I give it a 3 because of the nice people I've dealt with..but man are they slow, I've sit in the drive thru for 20 mins and it was just me...I understand when they're covered up but it's everytime I'm there

Always have to wait in line. Not enough employees. No one answers phone.

Best and only bank I trust and will bank with. Had a problem with a scam text message, the people received all my information. Sun Trust caught it while on the phone with them and saved me a lot of possible hassles and headaches.
