They tell you about discounts that aren't available and after meeting with the manager about my bill I was told they can't do anything regarding the $1000 for switching service from Att to T-Mobile that I was originally offered.

Horrible staff, misleading, the sales guy told me that cases and chargers came with the phones I purchased. I was confused when he said I could pick any case since they are all different prices. After questioning how that was possible he said, it only 12 dollars more a month, and I factored that in on the price I gave you. If I didn't ask that would have been 12 dollars a month on each phone (12× 4=48 dollar per month) for 24 months. The cases where 60 dollars. Make sure you ask, the staff will scam you, this wasn't the only time they tried this. I came in later that day to finish my exchange of my last phone and line. They sales guy said I need to put a down payment on the last phone of 100 dollars and I'd get that back, ok whatever. Come to find out that they will pay me back over 24 months, basically I gave them a loan. When I enquire about that the assistant manager became aggressive saying, you should of asked, it's your fault. I told him that the credit card wasn't linked to that account, and it should have been refunded or returned to that card. He said nope, that's how we do it, you should have asked. Told him I could cancel my account, he said fine do it. Horrible customer service, cost were misrepresented, and the assistant manager extremely aggressive. Go to Turkey Creek tmobile instead. They are extremely professional and honest, they do not try to hustle you. Again stay away from lenior city tmobile.

Great service at Lenoir City, TN store! The guys (not just 1 - because we both got our phones replaced and bought watches, so we had to go there a few times to get it all going) are wonderful! (And it takes a bit for 2 mid-70s customers to say that!)Again, Kudos!

Over charge me where my bill was suppose to be is the 60s to 90s to 206 a month and saying I haven't been paying my bill I will not pay that and you have lost a customer for good.

Decided to get internet and got the mobile phone and internet. If you're 55 and older, you get a discount . Bear got everything set up for me. Made it super easy. I went to the lenior city location.

I couldn't ask for better customer service! I showed up there to get a internet service for a Netgear device I had and they set me up with a very fast 5G unlimited with their device for a fraction of the cost. I will be switching over to T-Mobile completely!!! Out of 1 to 5 stars...I give them a 10 if I could.

After this disasterous change from Sorint to T-Mobile I finally went in for a new SIM card today. I should have checked to see if it was working because evidently the sprint rep. did not. So here I am again using my cheaper service to get my business done. I think this is the last straw. I am exiting the crisis T-Mobile/Sprint merger. Sprint was good but I can’t take this non working, poor service anymore. Verizon or Cricket here I come.

I’ve been a customer with att since 2006. Finally made the switch this morning . I did not get our T-Mobile rep’s name but she was fantastic! She was the only girl working, so I think it can definitely be narrowed down. She had patience with Us and made the switch very very easy! We encountered a few hiccups but she remained professional and patient. 5 stars! Thanks for making our Black Friday shopping easy!Also, sidenote: my mom walked in and out of the store about 35 times. So if your count of person to sales ratio is off, that’s the reason why.

This review is not to anyone store. It is to T-Mobile as a hole. I would never recommend this service to anyone anywhere in the world. They have done nothing but lie and make empty promises that I would have service at my home in my home or on my property, if I could give a zero star or even a -100 star, I would they are nothing but scam artist trying to scam you out of your own money and get you to come to their service no matter what the cost is
