I went in for a regular oil maintenance service. Quick service. Great customer service! Clean seating area. They had an outside patio seating with rocking chairs, bench and table. I enjoyed working on some work while waiting. Would recommend!

Matlock did an amazing job replacing a flat tire in record time! We are from out of state and were traveling to Atlanta for a funeral when one of our tires nearly blew out on the interstate. A friend from the area highly recommended Matlock, and we were so impressed by their kindness in working so quickly to get us back on the road. If I were local to the Knoxville area, I would be a loyal customer from here on out!

Matlock tire was great! Had a camper tire blow out on a Friday evening. Went there Saturday morning and they took care of me right away. In and out in less than a half hour!
