A complete rip-off! They lie on the receipt to charge way over the legal limit. They charged me $850 to winch me 8 feet in 30 minutes. Local scammers

My granddaughter ran off the road and we had to call a wrecker service. I had used Malone in the past when John owned the company. John had retired and moneymakers now owns the business, and that name says it all. It took just a matter of minutes to get her car onto the rollback and they towed it 4.2 miles. We were charged $375.00. That's very high in my opinion. I do not reccomend using them unless you are very wealthy and don't mind spending money.

I got my truck and trailer stuck on the job site today. When I called the office, Debbi answered the phone. She was so sweet. She can hear the tension in my voice. She verified she didn’t have any wreckers available and referred me to another wrecker service and even called them for me and had them call me back. In the world we live in today I wanna make sure those who do good for others get recognized and I hope those at Malone’s wrecker service recognize Debbi for her hard work and compassion towards her clients. These folks were kind, helpful, and super efficient. While dealing with a wreck and then having to go and pick up personal belongings, they took the time to help and explain what needed to be done. The lady at the front desk was as kind as they come. Thank you!

They should be taken off the police wrecker list. They take advantage of people. 491$ for a tow, plus lying about how many days it's in their lot.They deserve to be sued and shutdown.I know many people that have been taken advantage of by Malone Wrecker Service.Service: Vehicle wrecking

What a ripoff!$500 to work accident +$100 labor to sweep highway +$120 fuel surchargeThen on top of that $44 per day storage on a lot in the middle of no where!The fun is not over. They process your credit card and blindside you for 3.5% SWIPE FEE. And you would have thought that after all the charges and fees they could at least eat the credit card swipe fee.Very disappointing.Service: Vehicle wrecking
