“i was in this store on 5/9/23 around 530ish and had a small problem with sale price discrepancy on the pepsi products but a very sweet employee named Precious straightened it out quickly and had me right on my way. thanks again Precious. i can only hope the DG brand recognizes a good employee when they see one !”

“They sell 100% gasoline for lawn mowers, boat outboards etc. It is on the side of the building, not at the pump islands. I'm told they have good beer and cig' prices by friends who shop there. There is a small "deli" during the day..”

“I walked in and was greeted with hello how are you . The store was a little messy but i think its due to low staffing situation kinda the norm now but anyway i needed help to locate a item andvthis dear lady named Donna took me right to the item the same person that greeted me she was stocking and told me when i was ready to ck out she would be happy to asst me or i can use self ckout what ever i wanted i finished up shopping and Donna checked me out invite d me to come back as well. Overall happy to come bk”

“My wife and I recently moved from Seymour TN to Lenoir City TN, Seymour does not have a Ingles so we thought we would try it out, we loved it, very helpful staff, competitive prices just a great experience, Food City is big in this area and I spent 30+ years in grocery sales , Ingles does have better prices, Food City pushes their private label and national brands take the beating , won't go back to Kroger's either, thanks”

“This store is very clean and organized compared to others I have been to. It usually has things in stock including produce, household supplies and personal/bath supplies. They don’t have the best clearance selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Pick up orders are usually accurate and product substitutes are usually okay.”

“This is a good gas station. The prices are not that good unless you have fuel points from Ingles. The do cary all 3bgrades of the normal octane fuel, as well as ethenol free fuel. I am unsure if they carry diesel or not. The attendants are usually friendly and they have snacks and drinks. If you are using an Ingles points card and paying cash you must go to the attendant before you get your your fuel.”

“Went to Lenoir city walmart, to check leaky tire, got there at 7.20am , Daniel checked me in within 5 minutes, found tire had leak in sidewall, got new tire and out at 8.30. Could not be more pleased with the service from Daniel and very nice service manager Bobby, very cordial, very professional and great customer service. Would highly recommend them.”
