They aren’t very welcoming to families with children. I heard a staff member yell at someone else’s kids while we were there. We kept getting dirty looks. The lady that checked us out was very rude to us. She couldn’t get us out fast enough and then just gave us a snarky “bye” and wave. I will say that one of their employees did come up to my kids and offer them a free toy but the vibe is overwhelmingly “get your kids out of here”. I do love how they give back to the community and they usually have neat things at great prices and I still plan to shop there on those rare occasions that I get to shop alone. We just won’t be able to support their business as much as I’d like to because usually I do have a kid or 2 with me while I’m shopping.

The last three times I've gone to the store I have been rudely waited on by a lady name Peggy she is very rude and all around just acts so unhappy to be there from now on I will not make to half hour drive to visit this store and I'll just go some where more local there is just no need to be so rude

Awful experience. The staff is very unfriendly to families with young kids. Yelled at my children for walking three steps in front of me. Great store for elderly shoppers. Not great for families nor youth.

Fantastic customer service! I called to check to find a product I should have bought on Tuesday. The manager "Lynn" used her own phone to take pics to make sure she found the exact product I was looking for! Thank you Lynn and the whole team

Good Neighbors Shoppe is my go to store for everything ! Very nice quality, and the friendliest staff ! I have found some amazing deals here and love that they give back to our community . I also donate monthly or bi monthly
