Got my oil changed here and was told I needed to come back another day for the alignment because they needed a “torch” that another mechanic has. I make the appointment, it takes them an hour and 40 to rotate and balance 5 tires on my jeep and then they actually cannot do the alignment because no one actually has a torch. I was here for 3.5 hours to have my tires rotated and balanced.

My 78 yr old mom and 3 senior friends traveled to pigeon forge a week ago, indication light said tire pressure was low on front tire. Pulled into firestone asked if they can put air in her tire. They did a courtesy check, which put them checking an engine filter, few other things and found a nail in her back tire. They could not repair it (but her local tire shop did monday.) Nick Teeters the mgr kept trying to sell her 2 tires and filter saying hers was dirty, price tag of over $1200 rather than the $230 for a tire. She had HER mechanic check the filter, after the engine light came on after leaving firestone, which was not dirty and Firestone had not reinstalled the filter properly. We kept getting the run around at the store saying all they can do is replace the brand new tire or give store credit. Lady working the front was gracious even in my frustration. Nick is forcing us to drive another hour on Monday so he can see the patched tire but still hasn't said he would give a refund. That he has to see her face to face. Will be contacting area mgr Andrew Sharp if my mom does not get her refund. Will go up the whole chain of command. Unacceptable business practice. Taking advantage of a female senior citizen

Fast friendly and up front service.
The counter person was very knowledgeable about the tires I needed. Ordered the tires had to job completed a day before estimated date. Product was exactly what was promised. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a good experience. Mounted 4 tires purchased through Simple Tire. C&D did the install. It was quick and they roll fine. Good experience so far. Have to monitor the pressure but no problem at this time. No fault in the TPMS after install but they are old so I wouldn't be surprise. C&D did the job. Thanks.

I had a flat on the highway going ba k home to Ohio. They got me in and took care of me with such compassion and they just made me feel so at ease. As a single woman traveling alone. It was a blessing to have someone who cared. I wish I had gotten the young man’s name. He just made me so much comfortable through the whole process.

10/10 do not recommend. Ordered tires ahead of time. Scheduled an appointment drove over an hour and when I arrived was told that they could not get the tires I ordered. Was told the soonest I could get tires would be 3 days later.

I have had my 18 equinox serviced here multiple times now and I have always been treated very well! Nick was very knowledgeable and explained to me what services GM recommends I should have done! Matt my technician brought me out into the shop to show me a leak starting to form around my oil cooler. I trust these guys, they know what they are doing and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here every time. Thank you so much to everybody at Firestone!!
