Ace is the classic neighborhood hardware store: do not expect a home depot selection and expect somewhat higher prices. I cannot complain too much, however, because it saves me the 30 minutes trip to the nearest home depot whenever I need to purchase just a few screws.

Wow! I love this hardware store. First I called to see if they had a specific item in stock(furring strip) and the lady who answered not only knew what it was, but verified that they had the size I needed in stock. When I got to the store I had 4 different people ask me if I needed help. You don't get this level of expertise or customer service at big box stores. This is what America was built on!

Bought a 100 lbs propane tank, they handled everything perfectly and quickly. Also, if you buy a new 20 lbs grill propane tank from them, the first fill is free. Great staff at this location!
