My phone overheated the first day I got it. The woman at the Alcoa store (Carman) gave me a very hard time and lied to me and told me that the Lenoir City had the phone and would help after me explaining to her that I had to exchange at the store I bought it from. She said it was owned by the same person and it was okay. I drove 40 minutes and a very nice man confirmed he could not exchange my phone and called her and she changed her story on the phone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Always passing the problem or issues on to someone else! My wife and myself have been with Cricket since the beginning. It looks like the bigger the company has gotten the less they care about the customer! Don't waste any of your time with Cricket. Go to Metro T Mobile, they have 5G ... Cricket doesn't! Better Customer Support and Service!

06/24/22: Back again today. This time I dealt with the Manager, I believe his name was Edwardo. He was beyond awesome. I had some really complicated requests for a new phone that required a lot of work for parental control and limiting settings. He was a master at jumping through all the hoops and getting everything just right. He even ran tests before I left so the right safeguards worked. I was super impressed. He also helped with a payment plan. I can't thank him enough! Will definitely tell others that this location goes out of their way to be helpful!++++++++++++++++++Carlos was great at this location. Helped process our claim, get a new phone sent to us. He did a great job!! Highly recommend him
