“Ordered a shirt online after closing hours and it was ready for pickup early the next day. Came in to pick it up on a weekend during a huge sale, so the line was long, but they had many registers open and were working through it quickly, attentively, and kindly. Despite being busy the staff were making friendly conversation with customers as they rang them up. Not to mention that the store looks so clean and organized. I've worked retail and I was impressed with the set-up! Seems like management is doing a great job as well as the hourly staff. Retail jobs are often thankless but I appreciate you.
