I loved the old Bimbo's. The fried chicken and tenders were so good when the little ol lady ran it. It is now an Indian restaurant called The Spice Hut. I love Indian food and theirs is so good. A little expensive but well worth it once in a while. The butter chicken was so good. At spice level 6/10, was a good heat level. 7 would have been perfect. The jasmine rice was fragrant and fluffy. The garlic naan bread was perfection.

Stopped for gas and I was hoping for a sandwich during a long road trip. Nope. Oh well, I got a Jack links meat stick and builder protein bar. Back on the road folks! The women's stall was out of to but there was a roll on the floor. Our son reports there were racist rants on the men's room wall. Alrighty then, let's keep it moving.

This stop was a pleasant surprise as to the low gasoline prices plus very clean inside and outside with lots of pumps available. Mobile Oil bought it a few years ago when it was a Speedway stop for Petro.

Stephen King would love this place ... Needs to be an attraction.... Great in the older years when locals owned it.... Now... Creepy .. think it is where dead clowns go.. clown hell... IT . lives there now....
