Recently designed, ordered, purchased, and serviced a new Traverse here. The entire process was fair and extremely easy. Robin and the entire teams helped us the entire way. Financing was reasonable and very personable. We’re moving out of state soon but will definitely be back to purchase our next Chevy!

when arriving I was greeted with a smile and stated my appointment for oil change and rotate. I then entered the cafe and waiting area. very comfortable and lots of treats and drinks. I wasn't there too long as my truck was ready. staff always friendly and helpful. rest rooms are clean.

Went to get oil changed in 2021 GMC Diesel pickup with factory rims and tires. They got totally done, came out and told me that they could not rotate the tires because the truck is too big, I said we'll get a jack out and do it if you don't have a lift to lift it. This is a GMC dealership and not even the biggest GMC pick up you should just rotate them, she said they don't do that and did not have lift open to do it. Did not offer me another appointment first thing in the morning she said nothing except bring it back some other time, was leaving town early in AM. I will go to Beaman where I know they will do it I will never go back to Wilson County Motors. If I could give them a lower score than one star, I would do it. And as I see by the other service department reviews, you guys need a review on everything you do. --- Read ur response, if you can't do the full service at the scheduled appointment, then don't do it at all. Your service advisor should've told me that prior to the oil change . I will go to another dealership Since your dealership doesn't have the capacity to do things right I will go to another dealership that can. Next time just admit ur wrong and stop blaming the customer and trying to prove them wrong.

Brandon was the first sales rep to approach us and he was wonderful! We always worry the car buying experience will be terrible and this was definitely not that. We were very clear upfront what we wanted and our budget. Brandon took us straight to the exact truck we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He had a vast amount of knowledge regarding the 2500 trucks. We never felt pushed or urged to make a decision quickly. The truck we wanted was not on the lot yet but we were able to secure a deposit on the perfect fit for our family with the help of Brandon. The financial part was also a breeze. Belinda was so knowledge and patient. She worked with us and explained everything is great detail. We are so appreciative of Brandon and his phenomenal team. We also met the manager of this lot and he was super nice and approachable! They have made life long customers out of us!

The whole experience from beginning to end was stress free and easy. PJ Mazziliano was our salesman and he was great to work with. Everyone that we worked with during the purchase process was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation if it was needed. My tires in fact did not need to be rotated but my oil needed changing. When finished my ABS and Brake light was on when leaving. These wasn't on prior to them rotating my tires. How does this even happen with a simple oil change!! Very disappointing and I will not be back at this dealership.

I was fearful to return to Wilson service department as last time they forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my 2022 HD truck. I advised not to rotate my tires as precaution from previous experience but the technician proceeded to remove & rotate my wheels tires as I watched from waiting area. UPDATE brought my wife's Denali in for oil change and technician forgot to tighten the oil filter

This will be a little wordy, but it's worth reading. My 18yo daughter saved up her money and bought her first van to try and fix up and turn it into a camper van. (2000, 2500 Chevy Express) It has seen its better days, but she knew it, and she was willing to put the time and money into it. I told her to take it up to the chevrolet dealership and let them fix leaks, mechanical, electrical etc etc. That way, you don't have to worry about that part of the van. I took it up there with her and told them it had an oil leak of some kind somewhere and also to do a complete inspection of the whole van and give us a price to fix everything. She had saved up her money and she knew it wasn't going to be cheap, so she was prepared to pay. They said about 250.00 to 278.00 to do a complete inspection top to bottom. So we left it there, and in about 2 weeks, they called and said the radiator was leaking, so they installed a new raditor and I think they put on a new belt on and did some misc work. It was going to be 1800.00 for a new radiator and the inspection fee so forth and so on. But they did not see any oil leaking, and I said, "Are you sure bc my driveway tells a different story? They said no, so in trust, we said go ahead and do the work. Got the van home, and it's still leaking oil. The belt was squilling and still leaking anti freeze fluid (just not from the radiator). BTW, the radiator was just replaced right before she bought the van, so there's that. It almost seemed worse than when we brought it in there. Needless to say, thank you for taking advantage of an 18-year-old girl. I expected that to happen bc you either didn't want to do the work or your technicians were lazy. She was willing to replace they whole engine if needed just for a piece of mind, so I guess you lost that business. Also, since I live in the area, I'll be sure to tell all my neighbors, friends, and family about my experience.
