I would not recommend this branch to anyone. My elderly mother and I went in to take care of some of her business and stood there in the lobby for more than five minutes before someone actually looked up from what they were doing. Last I recall as a former retail bank branch manager, the first thing you do is recognize your clients as they come in the bank. After being ignored for more than five minutes, I actually spoke up and asked could someone possibly help us. Once we were acknowledged the young lady was nice but unfortunately didn't really seem to know what she was doing. Not a pleasant experience at all and will be closing all accounts.

I've been banking with Wilson's for years. I haven't met any problems until I met Amber at the Lebanon location. Every time over the few occasions I would visit every few months, Amber possessed terribly rude customer service skills and never truly helped me. I would have to seek guidance from the other employees I knew were experienced. However, now I've only been able to deal with Amber and I don't like being rude but let's just say she is the one and only reason I'm leaving Wilson's. I would advise to avoid the location she works at because you won't get the help you're looking for.

I've banked with them since around 2012. Never had an issue until a certain teller, Connie, talked badly about my father, who also banks there, and is a disabled veteran. Then the same teller goes through my bank account, gets my home address and pops up at my house. Any info you have on file at this circus of a bank is in jeopardy. Beware.

Huge scam, save your money and go somewhere that will work with you.. They will overdraft your account for no reason! I bank at two banks and only have problems at this bank, and they never have good answers or fix the problem.

Don’t bank there if You have a relative working there. They know everything about your banking history. And also they don’t care if a Vice President shares your info with said relative. Not very professional if you ask me.
