You had 5 stars until the black lady at the counter wouldn’t let me deposit $8 in change. So, I’m headed across town to deposit. Everyone else I’ve ever dealt with has been super pleasant at Wilson bank.

The office manager is a liar and the worst bank employee ever had to deal with. I start to see a trend here with this bank. High ranking employees like managers and Vps of branches don't really appreciate their costumers at Wilson Bank. Don't do business with them they only care about your money. They forget that without our money they wouldn't have a job or a bank.

First I would say they definitely have "bankers hours". Although I am retired and don't have an issue with this, if I were still working I'd find it hard to do business with them. Second, ATM services. All of their ATMs should have the same services available - especially the ones on the side of a physical bank. I went to make a deposit at the closest branch after hours only to find a deposit could not be made at that location. WHAT! I could have gone to another location but how was I to know exactly where that could be done. Expectations are that deposits and withdrawals can be made at any ATM. Not very good planning on managements part.

Jill T.booker will close your account due to racial stereotyping I have used this bank for 2 years now my account is being closed and reported for suspicious activity! I feel that this is because I am a black young girl and being stereotype because I have my money saved up and I have money in my account! I am Hardworking single mom they have now ruined my bank in history and even causing my other account to be frozen with another bank. I have I still never bank with Wilson bank and trust!

Please update your ATM machines. Who still has to fill out a deposit slip and put deposit in an envelope in order to make a deposit. I mean who has a deposit slip?!!!!

We have been banking with this bank since they first opened. We tried the one on TN Blvd and discovered this is the one to avoid. We used the drive through and it took forever. The woman infront of us and the teller had a long visit, laughing loud and nothing to do with banking. Please keep your visiting to personal time and for the driveup window customer be considerate of the people behind you, go inside or visit when they are not at work.
