Went into open a CD, been with the bank for over twenty yearsThe first girl told me she couldn't help, so see him.I went to him and he said see this other girl.This girl informed me that everyone was busy so sit and wait.While I was waiting this girl and the first sat and drank their cokes and chitchatted about nothing. Everyone could hear them talking about life.After 15 mins I walked out.I will now find an entirely different bank and close out all my accounts.I am also displeased with their banking online. They are so far behind time compared to US Bank and First Horizon.

I've been banking with Wilson's for years. I haven't met any problems until I met Amber at the Lebanon location. Every time over the few occasions I would visit every few months, Amber possessed terribly rude customer service skills and never truly helped me. I would have to seek guidance from the other employees I knew were experienced. However, now I've only been able to deal with Amber and I don't like being rude but let's just say she is the one and only reason I'm leaving Wilson's. I would advise to avoid the location she works at because you won't get the help you're looking for.

Knowing Goynes Alger has been the most beautiful thing in my life, having knowing how to trade and make profit from home without stressing myself on 9-5 job. But I started trading on forex I was working 3 jobs and it was really stressing as hell,but thank God I was able to work things out by being with the right person and the right source of incomes by my mentor and account manager

This is the BEST bank. They are so willing to work with you and are so loyal to their customers. I have recently gone to them for my car loan and home mortgage and both times the process has been easy and I have been given amazing rates. They want your business so they will work with you. It is so hard to find that type of business relationship in this day and age. Would 100% recommend!!!!!

Friendly staff, locations are convenient. BUT installing the smart atm where I can deposit cash and it post immediately to my account is why I'm staying. To be honest, not having one before is why I was shopping around at other banks. Now there's literally no reason for me to.

Wilson Bank has the worst customer service and business practices of any bank I have ever done business with. Within the last year, they issued an ATM card linked to my account to someone else, and now they closed my account without notifying me because it had a $0 balance for 4 business days, causing an electronic deposit to fail.
