I saw on the my app a coupon for the two items I needed to get on my visit. I drove to the location to pick up items. I asked if I could apply the coupon in store. She said it could only be done online. Too easy, I stood at the counter ordered it off the app, saw the charge from my bank go through, and got the confirmation. Now, they say they cannot open the order as I’m standing right in front of them the whole time. They said my only options were to buy them again or come back when they fix their system issues. What a FAIL. As a single mother, my time and money are valuable. I hope you find a way to do better.

I would like to praise Sierra, she took the time and effort to find the lotion that I was in need of. The inventory count showed one in the store, for the size I wanted. After 10 minutes or so, she found the one tube of lotion that I needed. Single mother, who is dedicated to her job and to the customers that she services. The five star rating does not justify the valuable employee she is.
Thank you Sierra.

Walgreens pharmacy in Lebanon TN. not veteran friendly even though they have a so called VA-Walgreens exchange. I presented my VA medical ID for my prescription and was told they have "never been able to make them work". So why have they never fixed the problem? Because management doesn't care, pharmacist doesn't care, employees don't care or there all just lazy. Don't let your DR. call it in, get a hand written prescription and find a pharmacy that cares.

3/26/2024 I arrived at the drive thru window at around 5:55a - 6a. I am assuming the car in front of me just drove off bc I did not see anything come out for them, nor was there anyone in the window when I pulled up. I proceeded to wait about 10min which I thought was more than fair before I called the store and spoke to someone and asked if they could check on pharmacy bc I had been sitting outside the window calling for about 10min. No one was inside. The phone was off the hook by the window. I waited around 5 more min before I tried calling the pharmacy side. Once I finally spoke to a pharmacist it was only THEN that I was able to get my prescription. I don't know if I had to wake this sleepy old guy up or what but this is totally unacceptable! I was adamant about picking up this morning bc I specifically woke up early so I wouldn't be waiting in an hour long line this afternoon bc this Walgreens is and has been SEVERELY short staffed. I don't know how anyone in this community is able to get their medications! I will be looking into different options for my dog's seizure medicine for the future. This walgreens used to be staffed and run both drive thru lanes as well as inside. And it was efficient. I don't know what has happened, but something needs to change for this community who may not have the luxury of looking into different options to get their medication. I hope someone in management can see this and help.

It is very difficult to get a prescription filled here. I always need to request for it to be filled a week in advance. They definitely need more people. The Pharmacist is expected to do the job of 4 people. I am asked to come back or wait 30+ minutes for it to be filled.

I would never recommend this Walgreens unless you have at the very least 20 minutes in the drive through window and an equal amount of time standing at the counter. And if you really have time to kill try calling the pharmacy. Seventeen minutes is the record so far. And they don't care if you are trying to pick up your medicine or speak to a pharmacist. This is not a way I'd like to spend a half hour or more. My time is not valuable so I'll just spend my time at Walgreens either in my car standing at the counter or on the phone .....waiting. And their very countenance and tone of voice says, just try complaining. This is a 100% honest review. I am not making any of this up. Is this the way to run a business? And they do not care, nothing ever changes. I even mailed the corporate office to complain, complete with my name address, phone number and email. And guess who I heard back from? That's right nobody. And why don't I move my prescriptions? The hassle of moving them plus I have one medicine I have to go to the pharmacy to get so if I'm going for one I may as well make one trip for everything.

Absolute worst pharmacy in Lebanon! They never have enough employees in the pharmacy. The drive-thru is always a mile long same as inside. Ridiculous!!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I used to work in a Walgreens pharmacy so I know the way this pharmacy operates is ridiculous. I called to make sure my prescription was being filled because it requires prior authorization and that takes a few days. I was on hold for 40 mins, the automated system said I was next in line, and then I get hung up on. So I called again and the automated system says there are more than 3 calls ahead of me. So they hung up on me after 40 mins on hold, making my second call go to the end of the line so I have another 40+ mins to wait on hold. Terrible service. I don’t know if they are just understaffed or what but something needs to change. The drive thru is a nightmare too unless you want to wait an hour in line, and then another 20 mins when you are at the window. Going inside isn’t much better because it still takes about 45 mins or longer to get your prescription. I will be transferring all of mine and my son’s prescriptions elsewhere.

Service is terrible, I would rate 0 if I could. I waited in drive thru line for an hour. 2 lines, one person working both

My daughter was released from the hospital after major surgery and had her pain meds sent to Mt.Juilet for pickup and after calling we found out they were closed , so we had the doctor sent in the prescription to walgreens in Lebanon because it supposedly was the only one open , well after calling 4 times they told her it would be ready in 30 min. But what they didn't tell us was by the time they drove over there to pick them up the pharmacy had closed. They had put up a sign saying it would open back up at 10pm so, after waiting in pain they go to pick it up and a new sign was posted saying they would open back up at 8am. Not once did anyone in the pharmacy tell her they were going to close for anything and so she spent the entire night with nothing stronger than Tylenol, which didn't do much . They were the only Walgreens open but the pharmacy wasn't.. poor customer service, poor service on the phone , no wonder people drive to Mt. Juliet instead of Lebanon. And on top of that we couldn't get one person to talk to in person . I wouldn't go there again if I was granted a shopping spree they are awful
