I always have issues there. It took 35 to 40 minutes to mix a medication.

After another disgusting show of despicable customer service, I decided to write a review. The first time I had an awful experience, I called and spoke to a manager who just listened to my story and placed me on hold forever. Since my time is valuable, which they don’t understand, I hung up. What happened was one of the girls stapled my credit card, yes…the actually card, to the envelope which was very difficult to remove and painstaking to see if it still worked. It didn’t at first until I bent the stapled pieces back. Not the point! Who does that? Someone who was in a rush and didn’t care. I have been back there twice to fill Rxs and at first, I’m treated like everyone else. When check-out came, another woman stepped in, dropped my items in the bin and opened it abruptly and walked away. The first time I thought maybe it was my imagination. Right? She’s having a bad day. Still not OK though! Well, there must be something that targets me as the lady who called to complain about their mistake which I really don’t care, but that doesn’t warrant your disgusting behavior and is going to be brought up again and again until it stops. Today, receipt stamped at 2:56, I went in to fill some prescriptions, and the girl ringing me up, stepped away, and then what looked to be the same woman from last episode stepped in, abruptly dropping my items in the bin, opening it and walking away. This type of disgusting behavior is not appropriate! Not a goodbye like she had been saying to everybody else. I listened. She was very friendly to everybody. “Goodbye! thank you for shopping Walgreens. Have a great day”. Why wasn’t I shown that same respect? Both times, since I called to report something they did in error that could’ve caused me a huge issue had I needed a new card. Does a manager care to address this properly?

Most of the employees at this pharmacy are pretty friendly but I have been filling prescriptions at this location for over a year and I can tell you they are consistently staffed at about 1/3 the number of employees they need. It generally takes at least 30 minutes of waiting to pick up a prescription. If you need prescriptions filled in the area, I’d try a different pharmacy because this one is basically at capacity it seems. I imagine this is probably Walgreens corporate trying to squeeze out a few extra pennies by always being very understaffed and it is pretty disappointing as it lets down the customers and the people working there.

I usually go to this Walgrens to buy my products but every time I want to use my coupons that they give us the machine doesn't accept them so what's the point of them giving you a coupon if you can't really use it I think it's stupid on Walgrens' part

They are very slow as they don't have any help. We had a 10AM appointment for a flu shot and didn't receive it until 10:45

I came here because of the holiday, and the pharmacy at my normal Walgreens being closed. I go through the drive through and they said to come back in 30 minutes. I come back in 40 minutes and waited in the pick up line for 20. When I get to the window they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Terrible customer service. If it was going to take longer than 30 minutes just say that so I am not wasting my time.

Pharmacy techs are rude and hang up mid conversation.

I started having covid symptoms the night before my appointment. The earliest I could schedule was 8:30am, I arrived at 8:15 and let them know I arrived in hopes of getting in early because I have work today I need my results as soon as possible. I sat alone for 40 minutes without help. Customers came to get their medicine and go and no one helped me. I decided to schedule an appointment at the clinic and when I tried to cancel my appointment online it wouldn’t let me because my “appointment had passed already” and I had a balance of $26 to the pharmacy. I went back to the desk and waited for 5 more minutes while 2 pharmacists and 4 techs were talking (about medicine). Totally understandable, however I don’t understand why a pharmacist walked right by me, make direct eye contact, and proceed to not say anything then stand in front of me listening to the conversation, then walk away. I’m in nursing school it doesn’t take two seconds to offer help to someone. I was sitting there sweating, coughing, unable to blow my nose, and struggling to breathe for FORTY MINUTES, unacceptable.

I have used Walgreens for years and have love the staff but they are closing window on the 24 hour store. I left my job for personal reasons and was using good rx . The staff member on two different occasions refused to give me the price that I had looked up for Walgreens and was so rude and disrespectful. I have been using them for 25 year and was a manager back in the early 90 at the Franklin store. We went around and set up many of the stores in their hay day. I will never use them again. To let a tech speak so tacky to me and refuse to recheck with the pharmacist standing there. I changed to Walmart in mt Juliet. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Businesses have to wake up . Customer Service counts!

Dont get me wrong-the people here are polite and quick but if I call in an hour in advance to see if something is in stock and I drive 20 min out of my way just to be told that you have been out for a while...not going to be thrilled

I saw on the my app a coupon for the two items I needed to get on my visit. I drove to the location to pick up items. I asked if I could apply the coupon in store. She said it could only be done online. Too easy, I stood at the counter ordered it off the app, saw the charge from my bank go through, and got the confirmation. Now, they say they cannot open the order as I’m standing right in front of them the whole time. They said my only options were to buy them again or come back when they fix their system issues. What a FAIL. As a single mother, my time and money are valuable. I hope you find a way to do better.

I would like to praise Sierra, she took the time and effort to find the lotion that I was in need of. The inventory count showed one in the store, for the size I wanted. After 10 minutes or so, she found the one tube of lotion that I needed. Single mother, who is dedicated to her job and to the customers that she services. The five star rating does not justify the valuable employee she is.
Thank you Sierra.

Walgreens pharmacy in Lebanon TN. not veteran friendly even though they have a so called VA-Walgreens exchange. I presented my VA medical ID for my prescription and was told they have "never been able to make them work". So why have they never fixed the problem? Because management doesn't care, pharmacist doesn't care, employees don't care or there all just lazy. Don't let your DR. call it in, get a hand written prescription and find a pharmacy that cares.
