The most incompent pharmacy team. Answers the phone, but then puts you on hold for 15 mins or never picks up. If you make a special request, they’ll never take note of it and you’ll have to remind them every time. Team members are rude. Pharmacists are rude. The saddest part is I know they don’t care and nothing will change. Avoid and go somewhere else if you can. Wish I could give them a negative star.

1st I would like to say until this visit they have been great. Friendly, helpful etc... I don't know what changed but unless its just a dire emergency I will not ever be back at the one on Cumberland in Lebanon. Rude beyond belief! I saw one person there that I have seen before and the other 3 that were just standing around I had never seen before. It was not only plainly obvious that I needed help on the photo kiosk but I asked after close to 10 min - the response "Well I don't know, but there is an Office Depot right down the road, or you could try the other store on Main" Are you kidding me!? Never asked what I needed help with or even came over to look. I'm aware of the local surroundings - Office Depot closed at 6 (it was almost 7 when I arrived at Walgreens) and I have worked all day - I am tired and not driving ANOTHER 15+ min just to print off 3 pics when someone COULD have just stopped gossiping and worrying about closing times and when they get off to help me. Finally after 20+ min the lady starts to seem like she's gonna help but again, it never happen. I was going to purchase some laundry care items as well and a few other things that I normally get from there but after the rudeness and no help I was fed up and done. I had to leave by that time and stop hoping for help b/c I prefer to stay out of jail. I really just don't understand why someone couldn't have came to a kiosk and looked at what I was trying to do and just attempt to help? If they couldn't, they couldn't that I understand- but to not even know what the issue is and tell the customer to go somewhere else? Thats absurd?!

Absolutely the worst piss poor customer service in all the Walgreens I have ever felt with, Amy the Pharmacist is the worst.

This is the worst pharmacy in lebanon. Never have prescriptions in stock always have to order. Then takes multiple days to come in. The staff is unwilling to call other walgreens just to see if they have the medications in stock. Terrible customer service.

store manager was great and tried to help , pharmacy manager is a hole different story not only does she not know her job but is only worried about sales and forcing customers to buy things they don't need, we told her multiple times that we don't need and she got extremely defensive and started slamming things and talking down to everyone even the lab techs that did things right, she belittles the customers and flat out lies to them to make sales, she rude constantly interrupts people talking and trying to explain what they need, if you say now she talks over you so you can't say anything, she was told only need the one script and nice tech said they will hold other in computer till we can pay for it , the lady that's extremely rude and claims she's the pharmacy manager said we have to get all or we can't get any of the scripts, the script we needed was for my dad's failing lungs, when told others have heard this she started throwing a fit and tossed the unfilled scripts at my mother and told us to leave her pharmacy, she refused to give us her name and when asked to talk to her supervisor, her answer was she is the supervisor and we can leave, we asked who was over her , she answered no one is over her and she doesn't care what we say, it's her pharmacy and we can either do what we are told or not come back. she not only needs her license pulled but need to be terminated and not allowed behind a counter again.

S. Cumberland location: Had antibiotics to pick up 2/5 and they had a sign out saying No Pharmacist from at least 6pm until I stopped trying at 9:30pm.

By far the worst pharmacy in Lebanon! Very lazy, very rude, and very unprofessional! Already switched pharmacies. If you are looking for a good pharmacy this one isn’t it! Go out of your way before going to this pharmacy! You’ll regret it if you use this pharmacy!

This Walgreens appears to be newer and has a large volume of items, but the service is 1 star. I went to the pharmacy (as instructed by my physician) with an RX for a wrist brace. I was told I needed to go to a place called home medical something. As I walked away I passed a large volume of wrist braces on display. I thought I would just go to Walmart across the street. On my way out I went to check out some boxes of cold medicine I had grabbed. There was one customer checking out in front of me. 2 of her items wouldn't scan. The cashier called the manager over and the customer ended up going back to get another of the same item to see if it scanned. At this point more people are lining up behind me. The second item doesn't scan and the cashier calls the manager again, who doesn't help or open another register. She kept saying that the items were new and weren't in the system yet? I had spent almost 20 minutes at this place standing in 2 lines accomplishing nothing so I left my basket at the register. If you have nothing else to do at all, take your chances, otherwise skip this place.

Pharmacy is totally rude!! Had me drive around to service other people who were behind me cause apparently the computers were acting up only for me to drive around and receive a closed for lunch sign slapped in the window by the time I got back to the window after the other cars were serviced. Went inside to see if they could just transfer prescriptions and worker by the name of Kristi was EXTREMELY rude because she was busy trying to go to break apparently. This was totally unacceptable and her attitude was far from professional for her to be working with the public.

This pharmacy is absolutely atrocious. I was unaware that for testing you’d need to use a vehicle and come through the drive through. Amanda was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. I understood that I was unable to do testing in store and wanted to wait for my ride who was already en route. Amanda demanded that I could not be in the store and basically kicked me out. If she was truly that concerned about catching Covid, she should’ve worn her mask properly. I got into a car and came through the drive through. I was able to get my testing kit and Amanda was terse in telling me instructions. Although I had to ask her again for instructions because I am partially deaf. Her response to that was “You weren’t listening to me?” She was also very rude to my girlfriend who was driving me. I’m pretty sure my test results were not accurate because of this reason. I was unaware of what to do and Amanda was literally the worst person to ask for help. Amanda needs to seek out another career field because this one is definitely not for her.

I went to the Lebanon location on South Cumberland St today. They had a electric surge their lights went out for a minute in the store and the POS went down. Shift lead Alana was very unprofessional there was no intergerity or professionalism. I was disrespected by her plus cashier need to be some corrective action for them two. They acting like they didn’t half to get on the phone and try to get their system back up to take care of their customers. They decided to stand around in a group of three and do nothing. Very sad the customer service has went downhill for employees and management at this location.
