Drove to store 45 minutes away after calling and them telling me they had an Xbox Series S in stock. When I got there, I purchased the Xbox and then was told I could not bring it back home with me due to system failure. I wasn’t very happy at this point but said ok and went home. I would assume they would be willing to offer me something in regards to my troubles as in a discount or a credit. I was told by the general manager Emmy that there is nothing she could do. Poor customer service, do not recommend this location as if you were to have any troubles they do not care about the customer and will not compensate for it.

Wouldn't even look at my phone. Offered zero advice. You're better off going to any other location. Honestly, just deal with the app/website it's the exact same as dealing with the store in its current form. I had several decent experiences in the past but that is for sure the past.

Bait and switch. Had confirmation number from Verizon. Went there to pick up internet router/modem and was told they cannot service my area.

Garbage. Employees are no help. Stay home and rrsolve on the phone or internet. This isnt one experience but mulriple experiences.

First person to help us gave us a phone number because they didn't do what was asked in the store. And then walked away. Person on the phone was very helpful. Second person who helped us, she was good. Bought a new phone, transferred data, called tech support when having to transfer data from iPhone to android and then, with questions from original reason we went in, she was very helpful and called customer service (I think) and got everything transferred. ? She was great!

No matter what you try to do or plan to get, it is expensive. However, you pay for what you Verizon wireless is one of the best networks.

This place has been a nightmare to go to for decades. Whether it be upsales, fudging total numbers, or having to follow up overcharges on monthly bills, you never looking forward going to the “Verizon in Lebanon”. I went in today to ask about a sale promotion online that I for whatever reason couldn’t get to go through on any of my devices. After asking about this to the two guys up front one of them actually laughed at me and proceeded to peer out the corner of his eye like I was an idiot for asking about it. The promotion was apparently over at this store as per the other guy’s words, so okay, I’ll accept that. But once I bring up the technical issue that prevented me from making the purchase myself (ie an account issue) in the first place, all they’re able to tell me is “yeah some times it just bugs out” and didn’t even offer to help me any further and just looked at me in blank stares as *I’m* looking at them in blank stares for their unwillingness to help me. Just a lovely time. In the off chance that somebody actually reads this, just know all of these one star reviews are probably substantiated. And if someone from Verizon actually reads this just know things like this is what makes people switch to other providers.

Not helpful. Went in there to get my phone activated after receiving it in the mail. It wouldn’t let me activate it online so I decided to go into the store for “professional help” first off they start by saying they can’t do anything for me because I’m not authorized on the account. Which I understand the security aspect of it BUT COME ON. I’ve been on this account for 10 years AND you asked to see my ID but you still can’t help me? Okay then. Then I finally get ahold of my sister so she can authorize me to get help from these people and they STILL CANT HELP ME. They didn’t know what was wrong with my phone and they were too embarrassed to admit it. So They told me to go home and call customer service. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS STORE??I don’t know a single thing about technical stuff so now I’m at home with a brand new phone I can’t use.I called costumer service several times before just going to the store.Im hoping someone from MY FAMILY can help me since Verizon CANNOT.This store is useless at this point.
