I was there around 10:50am and the door says open at 9am , I waited along with 2 other elderly fellas and still wasn't open at 10:58am when I left. I had to go to the other location thats further out than I was wanting to drive at the time. Very bad, I'll never go there again. The guys at the other location told me they've had complaints about them for the last 3days.

Just stopped by this store during normal business hours to upgrade phones. We went out of our way due to the positive ratings and reviews, but the door was locked and no one was there despite signs in the windows saying it was open. It was a frustrating situation.

DC Houston was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with my emergency phone needs. DC Houston rocked my experience and seemed very knowledgeable!
BTW I live close to and pass the West Main store and go out of my way to this location for this very reason! Thanks DC Houston !!

Don't ever buy from Verizon. I paid $1,300 for a galaxy S22 ultra that I never received and they refuse to send me a refund for over 2 years I been fighting for my money back. Defund Verizon make them go out of business!!!!!
