DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING PRINTED HERE!!
If I could give this store a 0 I would. My daughter is a 14 year old girl learning lessons the hard way bc of the lack of integrity of the management of this store. She is a homeschool student trying to learn about entrepreneurship. Boy, has she learned a lesson. First, we called in advance of having her flyer printed so she could make sure she had the budget for it. We were told it would be $20, so she decided to take the money she has personally saved to buy her flyers. However, when my husband went to pick them up it was not $20, but $40!! We should have known to leave then. These people do not stand by what they tell their customers. The most unfortunate part of this circumstance is that my husband did not check the prints. They r AWFUL! My daughter looks orange, like an Umpa-Loompa, her beautiful red dress, is black in the prints. The prints r trash. When we took them back to ask for them to reprint them they refused, they also refused to give my daughter her money back. What kind of people steal from a child? Apparently, the folks that run this store. The reasoning they gave was that they have to cover the costs for their prints. Really? So, just to clarify, you want a 14 yr old child to cover the expenses your business incurred ruining her flyers? This has been a hard, hard lesson for a 14 year old to learn. Some business have no integrity. Innocence lost. Hopefully this saves you from being the next victim of these heartless people.

This place is a scam, half the time I take amazon returns there everything is free the other half they want to nickel and dime you for packaging,label printing, exc. Guess from now on I'm making the drive to Mt juliet. Would rather waste money on gas than bs fees to make the gm of one stores pocket a little bigger. Edit went to a different ups and they shipped it for free, go somewhere else if you can.

My husband and I went to the store 3x to get one page notarized and unfortunately we never got the service done. First and second time, the computer was not working. The third time, the lady who does the notary service denied to notarize the document from the Brazilian Consulate saying that the she couldn’t read the document in “Spanish”, which is in English and Portuguese. She didn’t even read the document! It was a very horrible experience. Just avoid this place at all costs.

I paid $0.25 online to print 1 shipping label. Once I got to the store, they charged me again to print the label.

Employee just lied to my face… walked into ship something near close. He told me that there computer would not allow them to ship anything at 630. There is no way that your computers auto close… I’m in retail. Also there was another person still being served…complete fail!

They work hard to get you on and out with your problem solved. Staff is always fast, friendly, and courteous. They save you money every chance they get. Location of store is convenient

Had to stop by the UPS store this morning to make a quick return. This young fellow Luke, helped me out, he was very patient with me as I was having issues with my Amazon return, it is so nice to see youth that want to work these days. I look forward to my next visit.
