I went to this store on Monday I had a wheel I needed to send rough dimensions were 20x15 the female stated that they didn’t have a box that big and that I had to buy 2 boxes and they would put them together. She then said that the 2 boxes would cost $70 , I questioned 35 dollars a box and she said yes. I went to office max bought a $7 box and went back and shipped it. Ridiculous $70 for 2 boxes

Employees show excellent customer service and they are all nice. This facility is always clean and there are lots of mailboxes available for those who need one.

It is great having this UPS store in Lebanon. I prefer shipping with UPS whenever possible. I have never had issues with packages shipped at this location.
The reason for the 3 starts instead of 5 starts, is that just about every time, if not every time when I enter the store no employees acknowledge me or make any sort of contact. Then one of them will finally acknowledge me so that I can ship my item. This happens even when the store has zero customers there. This is very frustrating.
As an additional note. Parking is limited and can get quite full.

It seems they have children running this place. The little girl that scanned my returns in was too busy talking to other employees to help me with my return. A week later, surprise four of my items were missing and no one could give me a strait answer as to where they ended up. Luckily Amazon just took the cost and refunded my money.

Picking up a package is a NIGHTMARE. I sent my wife to pick it up since she was already close but they would not give it to her since it was not in her name. She had the document that was left on the door with id matching my last name but still would not give it to her. How does common since work in this establishment? What are the chances of a ex-wife or anyone else know i had a package there and have all the documents needed for pickup? They were rude to my wife and condescending to her questions. I know this will not have any impact but I had to voice my aggravation.

Let me tell you about the customer service at this location.
We have always had a good experience here but on this particular occasion when I was struggling with sending an art entry for my child, the staff member not only helped me figure out how to get all the pieces to to send there less expensively but also completely stepped in and fixed my whole packaging debacle herself!! I was SO appreciative. She really saved the day when this entry HAD to be in THAT DAY!! Y’all are awesome!!

I Love My UPS Store, I’ve had a box here for more than 10 years and they do an awesome job every single day. I order allot of stuff and the help me get it out to my car whenever the need arise’s. The people are always really nice and helpful.

I only needed some documents scanned to my email in color was told my request was criminal and they couldn't do it stating it's the law what a joke if I was breaking the law I would buy a Damm scanner myself
