My daughter brought her car for him to check her transmission she was told by another person it was dirt in her transmission. Tommy took one look and he did some checking said she had a warranty she didn't know about and told her to take it to dealer they will repair for free, he could have charged her a arm and leg but he was honest.
He didn't charge her anything for looking at it, praise God dealer is giving her a rent a car and replacing the transmission it had a default thank you again Tommy & Lisa for always looking out for your customers.”
“Hands down the most pleasurable automotive repair experience I've ever had. And I've been driving cars and trucks for 35 years. Wilson and his team addressed the issue promptly, got it fixed, then had us bring it back for a recheck (free) just to make sure things were good. They found a little residual leak, asked to keep the car another day, fixed that, and then asked us to bring it back again to check it one more time. No more leak and car is running great! “Josh had a big job with my 2016 diesel Chevy Colorado. Transmission was slipping and I was out of town for a week and needed my work truck back quickly. Not only was he extremely professional, but handled my job quickly and efficiently though he was pressed for time and parts that were unavailable nationwide. He kept me apprised of changes, pivoted as needed, and was able to keep costs down right at the original estimate despite having to get creative to fix my truck. All of this with a great attitude and a great warranty if anything were to go south on me. No wonder he was recommended to me by another local transmission shop as the best in the area who would do the job right- they didn't steer me wrong, I'd use him again in a heartbeat!”
