Had my wedding reception here late September of this year. Teri was very easy and pleasant to work with, and the venue was beautiful.

Teri was great to work with throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. It's clear that she loves what she does. She was willing to work within the budget we had, and was responsive to any emails or questions we had. We had an outside caterer bring in some food and she was able to work with them well. All of our guests had a great time, and commented about how beautiful the farm was. The DJ she hired is also great, a very professional and friendly guy. We would definitely recommend Terian Farms to anyone.

My son just got married at Terian Farms and it was a beautiful wedding and venue. The weekend was forecast to have rain downpours so we thought we would be on the covered patio, and the team at the venue had a great plan for that. However, the rain held off we were able to have the ceremony on the lawn, which was just perfect and included some very friendly horses watching the show!
Thank you Terian Farms for making this event so easy and perfect.

Teri and her venue was fabulous! Teri and her crew could not have been more accommodating. She even has a back up plan for inclement weather which we thought we were going to have to use due to a tropical depression rolling by but were blessed with a beautiful ceremony in the meadow. I highly recommend this venue.

I don’t often write reviews, but I feel I must write one for a wedding I attended at Terian Farms on April 27, 2024. The venue is beautiful and its setting on a horse farm is quite idyllic. The bride and groom were blessed with a spectacular day, and their outdoor wedding was simply gorgeous. And the DJ was fantastic. Unfortunately, this is where my nice comments end.
During the reception, there was ONE bartender for 134 guests! ONE! Everyone went to the bar immediately following the ceremony to get a drink. It was an open bar that included beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and mixed drinks, including two signature drinks requested by the bride and groom. The bartending was ridiculous! It is unacceptable for guests to be waiting in line for up to an hour for a drink! Why were there no servers passing out drinks when the reception started? If they had even passed out beer and glasses of wine people would have taken them, thus lessening the load on the bartender. The signature drinks were bound to be popular, and people would absolutely want to try them. Why didn’t the bartender have 12-15 (or more) of each drink ready when the ceremony ended? Or had them pre-mixed in pitchers? The whole bar situation was totally unacceptable!
The food was awful…There is just no other way to describe it. The chicken fried steak required a chainsaw to cut, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the roasted vegetables were soggy and slightly burnt on top…It was as if they had been in a chafing dish since the night before! The rolls were hard, and the only thing that was slightly palatable was the salad. The venue was slow in replenishing empty food trays and eventually ran out of food completely! And the staff was unapologetic about it when this was brought to their attention. In fact, many were downright rude to guests. I was especially mortified when thinking of so many guests who traveled across the country and the world to attend the wedding...And they were not even provided a decent meal.
I am accustomed to having a glass of water at my table setting when I sit down. This was not the case here. Guests were asked to bring their glass to a drink station and pour their own water, iced tea, or lemonade. And by the way, the water was gone in no time, and was never replenished, despite being brought to the attention of servers.
There was a leak in the ceiling of the women’s restroom which was brought to the attention of staff prior to the ceremony. Several guests had water drip on them! There was absolutely NO attempt on the venue’s part to remedy the situation, provide a temporary fix, or at least keep occasional tabs on it.
In summary, the venue was woefully unprepared, understaffed and disorganized and many who worked there were downright rude to guests. There was insufficient food for those in attendance, which was probably a blessing because, honestly, the food was awful.
However, and I must end with this: The bride was absolutely stunning, the reception was fun (the DJ was outstanding) and the love and happiness of the couple and all those who were there to celebrate their special day will forever be a treasured memory.

I was involved in a wedding at the end of April 2024 and wish to comment specifically on the bar tending at the venue. Overall, the venue is beautiful. You can’t find a more lovely location for a wedding. However, the venue was disorganized and woefully short-staffed.
The reception started with a 1-hour cocktail hour while photos were being taken after the ceremony. There were two simple signature cocktails, plus wine and beer. There was only one bartender for 130 guests. I heard some waited an hour to get a drink. The bartender was not a professional. While very pleasant, she didn’t know how to sling drinks quickly. She was actually using a shaker to make an Old Fashioned with 100 people in line. She did not pre-pour the cocktails or wine, for guests to pick up immediately after the ceremony. One of the other staff assisted briefly, serving beer and wine, but she had other duties and left while the crush was still on.
I heard from some guests that later on, she refused to make mixed drinks; you got liquor on ice. If you insisted on an Old Fashioned, she poured two ounces of the syrup with ice (the syrup is sugar water with flavoring). And she ran out of tonic water, so no Elderflower G&T’s.
The next day, we picked up the left-over liquor to return for a refund. When looking behind the bar for anything left behind, I found a case of a dozen1-liter bottles of tonic water. I’m not sure how she lost a case of tonic behind the bar.
For anyone using this venue in the future, here are a few suggestions to put in the contract and brief with the bar staff.
1. Have two bars for the post ceremony crush, with sufficient bartenders and bar backs. If serving beer, wine and mixed drinks, the recommendation is one bartender per 35 to 50 guests (depending on the complexity of your mixed drinks).
2. Pre-mix cocktails like Old Fashioneds, so the bartender just pours.
3. Pre-pour cocktails and wine into glasses, ready for pick-up by guests immediately following the ceremony.
4. Fully brief the bartender on what is behind the bar and how to mix a drink correctly and quickly.

I could serious could not rave enough about Sabrina and her wonderful team who made the day so special in everyway. She blew us away and went above and beyond my expectations. We planned 18 months in advance and we knew the first time looking at the venue we would get married there. I’m thankful for Sabrina for taking the time to make sure every detail was taken care of and took the time to get to know me as person as well as a bride.

This venue was amazing!! It was a beautiful setting and Sabrina made everything run so smoothly. The food was excellent. Many of our gusts commented on the venue and the food. On the day of the wedding she was able to make last minute adjustments seamlessly. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!!
